hey there! ya ive heard that it has been cancelled from people who (i think) have contacted the odean...But im not sure as i dont know them. Ill ring up and cheak. It was apparently cancelled because Jim Carrey dropped out, but surely it wouldnt have mattered if just elijah was there

hey! yeah mr frodo the ROTK Premiere was the craziest thing ive been to! and ive been 2 like 8 different events where LOTR's people are lol yeah i got pushed back but managed to meet some of them WoOoO! ya well i think elijah finishes filming in England at the end of april then it moves to LA. Yeah if comps are still up i dont see why theyve taken of the date! grrrr!

heey lol! just every1 phone in ill :) im going to a 'university open day' (yeah right ) Did anyone find out any info? I just thought they may have taken it down because of the amount of people that may turn up, and they dont want a re-run of ROTK premiere. I didnt even know that website exsisted, was ROTK advertised on there? looks like its maybe going ahead, coz i saw another compeition too mr frodo, was online tho!

yeah ure right, it has been taken off the site oh dear hope its actually happening, or its being moved to the easter holidays lol! The premiere should start around 6/7ish i suppose. They should start arriving then.

i think most of us realize its not a LOTR's event, it just so happens that the majority of the board are LOTR's fans. I see it not just as a LOTR's event, but it obviously seems the most popular one that people want guests from....So Sorry to seem selfish but basically we want all we can get lol

hey there! i havent read all the posts here but ive seen enough really. Firstly I totally agree with you yeltz lass. aww bless billy asking you for a hug, omg i would have died! So..... If people are referring to rachie (whos leaving england now because of this mess up and other reasons too) and the other people in charge of billys que, about rushing people and putting a ban all the photos...You really cant balme them, they are doing their job. Obviously they wouldnt have rushed billy if it wasnt needed. But if 800 tickets were given out then billy has to get through that amount of people. Then im afraid it seems wise to put a ban on having a photo with him. Im not sure a ban on photos before u met him was needed??? i didnt know that even happened? The thing is, the earlier you are the better it is. I was like 10th and got a pic with billy and hug. And Yes i felt Billy wasnt himself that weekend especially in the talk. Ive met him before and he seemed much happier. I personally think he was ill/jetlagged and for all we know may have other problems on his mind. I put my hat off to him, he was trying to put his heart and soul into the fans, and i think he succeeded in that. After all he came straight from the airport, after his plane being delayed and already had 800 people to get through within 6 hours. And i dont know how he did it, but he managed it. So i dont think its anyones fault about this, its just the way it had to be in order to keep everyone happy.

hey there! i was in billys talk on sunday, and i totally agree with ukelijahlover, i really dont know what happened in that talk. i cant quite put a word to it, seemed really really awkward. And The 'do u want a shag?' quesiton really was the most unappropriate question ever, and made it worse. I mean what did the girl expect billy to say? so why did she ask it? I think JRD came in the talk because he was told to liven it up. I definelty think billy wasnt himself most of the weekend, after all he apparently came straight from the airport on saturday and already had 800 people waiting for him. I met him at the baftas too and he seemed much happier! I also had a dictaphone in that talk, which you are aloud! and apparently billy looked at me, like 'what you doing?' (coz i was front row) Obviously i wouldnt have taken it in, if it was gonna make him uneasy! *is scared now* I just hope hes ok, bless him. I admire him very much for putting his heart and soul into signing and still being his funny self even if he was tired/ill or had other things on his mind.
