Was just wondering if anyone had any weird conversations with guests over the years? My personal favourite is once I had a conversation with Robert Picardo about an octopus.. Quite strange really looking back on it.. Anyone got any others??

At an event once I had a very strange conversation with robert picardo about an octupus... really don't remember how it came about but it was quite interesting! also told Robert Davi the story of how my dad snuck me in to see license to kill when i was six!

Interesting thought. The problem is always getting hold of a good copy to the film on 35mm. You can't just plug a DVD playing into a 35mm cinema projector unfortunately. Very true, It's just that I saw they're having a spy who loved me screening at the Empire cinema in London and figured it might be possible.. I'd certainly settle for a Goldeneye screening or one of the more recent Bonds.

this just occured to me, do you guys think there will be any bond screenings at collectormania? like they did for rings at C4, personally wouldn't mind seeing goldfinger on the big screen!

Monroe never does signings anymore, though I'm sure if we beg enough an Elvis signing might just be a possibility.....

Excellent news about Lazenby being added. Here's hoping for a OHMSS reunion! All we need now is dalton and I'll be a happy bunny! Maybe Moore too...

Hopefully not, and I guess he wouldn't be too big to refuse the location. As for Lee, I'd say that'd be fairly unlikely and while Moore would kick ass, I don't see it happening. How many Bond guests do you think they'll have for the reunion?

Staying at the Travellodge. Was at the Travel Inn at Willen Lake before which was nice but too far away. Had to get a taxi in every morning.. Whats the Lodge like?

Hullo everyone! Haven't been to a Collectormania event in ages, last one I was at was the BIG one at C4 with all the Rings people. Had a fantastic time at that one and seriosuly can't wait for the next one! Anyway, was just wondering if any of the Bond fans out there had a top 5 list of people they'd like to see at a Bond reunion. Mine would be: 1. George Lazenby (slightly unrealistic but it would be great!) 2. Christopher Lee (Scaramanga kicks ass, no questions asked!) 3. Lois Maxwell (The original, and best Monneypenny) 4. Richard Kiel (Hear he was unwell recently but it would be great if he could make it!) 5. Britt Ekland (Great Bond Girl and overall legend!) Anyone got any others? Also, Yaphett Koto has one of the all time best Bond lines as Mr. Big: "Names is for tombstones baby!"
