Its a fab cake! My 11 year old announced that they were having a mini prom at the end of primary school and could I make a cake. I have said they need to choose 5 themes,.............am kind of hoping for twilight being one of them, but knowing my luck it will be all rugby, football,.....high school musical etc. Quick update, they said yes please to a wolf drawing, so I have to get cracking!!!!

It was for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Ah, I know what you mean now with the meadow scene. It is looking possible now that it might be a wolf, cos that is what my son wanted me to draw anyway, so he will get a print for his room to add to his wolf collection I was thinking of maybe in the forest, or a close up of a wolf face with sad eyes, as if it was Jacob before he ran away in Breaking Dawn Could you imagine going to the toilet and coming back to find it was sold out! I think there could be a few tears that day! Perhaps SM that means there are enough of us for larger cons? (wink wink)

And stop telling me about amazing things that happen at ET when I can't go I think I am going to be unbearable at the time of ET2 when you are all enjoying yourself, and I am sat at home moping! They have sent the address through to send the drawing to now, and also asked if I would consider drawing something without the actors in so that they can display it copyright free in the gallery while the symposium is on, then auction it ..........ON MY BIRTHDAY! I know, silly, but you are right, it is a great birthday present!

Even better, dig up some reference pics etc so I know where you are coming from This post is making me giggle, all the ways everyone is trying to work out to make ticket sales easier. At least it is not quite as bad as a band. Went out to deliver a cake once, wanted to buy tickets to a gig and The tickets were due to go on sale at mid day, I got back at 20 past, and they had all sold out.! David B you did make me giggle with the "on the loo" gag! I don't see how you could even email all the interested people though, by the time you got a group together to do a group email,.............us horrible lot could have sold out the con Ah well To quote our red headed lady............. We can only go on the sunday, I was fingers crossed about the Audience, then really lucky! I have wedding cakes to deliver on the Saturday, so we won't get to London in time to come to the meal either My son did try and get us to, but the wedding is not til 2pm in Swansea, so by the time you add on when they let us in the room to set up, back to the house to pick up all our junk, and a few hours to come to London from there, we just wouldn't make it. Will probably end up eating at the harvester attached to the innkeepers lodge we are staying in. If we can, perhaps I will email someone or just crash Nando's!

How cool is that!!!!! I can't go to Forks, but my drawing is being auctioned off....................ON MY BIRTHDAY!"!!!!!!!!! Blimey! You lot were busy this evening! I was only away a few hours!!!! Glad you liked Matthews cake. I was at a loss for what to do. He wanted a wolf cake, and it had to sit in the car for a couple of hours while we went to the cinema, so it couldn't be too upright! His favourite bit was the teeth! I enjoyed doing that! Cakes with purpose! Was in Trowbridge this evening demonstrating how to make CAstell Coch (welsh castle) in icing and a little red icing sleeping dragon. They are always so nice, and gave me a bar of chocolate to eat in the car on the way home! Fab to have the bit of news SM!!! Looks like I am really going to HAVE to be able to come to one of these mini cons and bring cake ps I love the way you have all talked yourself into Rob, Kristen and Taylor busily signing contracts! Made me giggle. I wonder who it will be

Okay, 5 chocolate tiers of wedding cake split and filled. forum checked Back to the kitchen to marzipan them.....................while watching twilight of course! Never been to anything like this before. My 11 year old is going as Cloud from FF7 Any hints or tips? He is buying part of his costume (half skirt, jumper, shoulder gear/straps) and we are making the rest. (Trousers, not sure about shoes - might have to alter an existing pair, sword and sword sheath, and any other accessories to make him more realistic) he is blonde, so guess who has to work on his hair!!!!

Perhaps I will have to point out the benefit of a really close nando's selling delicious chicken after a long day at the Con, before we go to our travel lodge with rubbish food the Sunday evening (we are staying in London another night and having a museum trip on the MOnday) Will work on them and reply on facebook group.
