Some people on Leaky Cauldron have said they have convinced RAB is Amy Benson who Voldermort took into the cave when he went on the orphanage trip! Where do they get these ideas? lol

Hiya, not been on here for ages but just finished re-reading HBP and I am seriously doubting where Snapes loyalties lie... especially with him being a really good Occlumens! Its so frustrating, only time will tell... It got me thinking about RAB again too... I did think Regulus Black at first, but then it came to me! Someone who was also a death eater who ended up in Azkaban....... Rabastan Lestrange! Rudolphus Lestranges (Bellatrix's Husband) brother! But then that messes up my theory that Kreacher helped Regulus get the real horcrux cos only one wizard can get across in the boat and like Harry, Kreacher doest register as a wizard, and also in OOTP Sirius is going through the Black family tree tapestry with Harry and says that "Tonks isnt on here. Maybe thats why Kreacher wont take orders from her - hes supposed to do whatever anyone in the family asks him". Which brings up the question, does Harry really have any control over Kreacher at all seeing as he is not actually family.. and Bellatrix and the Malfoys are on the Black family tree meaning that Kreacher has to obey them. Just a few thoughts lol

I think that in OOTP Sirius tells Harry that Regulus was not imoportant enough to be killed by Voldermort himself. Might be wrong tho, and to tired to check! lol I do know its on page 108 tho!

Dumbledore wouldnt have know about it.. just cos they found a locket (which could possibly have been the horcrux) It was very briefly mentioned in passing and it did not say that dumbledore found it or was shown it at all... he was probably not even at grimmauld place at the time as he was hardly there anyways

I def think it could have been kreacher... hes not a wizard so maybe thats why he could travel in the boat... plus he is/was the Blacks house elf and would have been under orders to do whatever he was told to do (ie. drink the potion, allowing regulus to get the locket painfree) Regulus obviously knew and had control over Kreacher as he must have lived in Grimmauld place, specially as that was where the locket was found in OOTP... if in fact that was the same locket mentioned.

Im inclined to think so too, it does seem obvious! 2 more thoughts for specualtion.... Surely there would have had to have been 2 people to get the locket originally just as Dumbledore took Harry. Also the only reason Harry could get in the boat with Dumbledore is because he was underage and not classed as a wizard otherwise the boat would only take 1 person. That must either mean that whoever accompanied RAB must have been under 17 or a house elf... Kreacher maybe?? Seeing as he was the Black's house elf. This is only if the locket was first taken before Sirius had the house... well it must have been if the locket was already there in OOTP. It kind of makes sense... what does everyone else think??

Hey all! On the subject of Horcruxes... In chapter 20, Harry and Dumbledore watch Voldermort on the pensieve come back to Hogwarts to ask Dumbledore for the DADA job. (Page 417) Voldermort sneered. "If you do not want to give me a job-" "Of course I dont, said Dumbledore. 'And I dont think for a moment you expected me to. Nevertheless, you came here, you asked, you must have had a purpose" then... Harry asks Dumbledore if he thought he knew why Voldermort came back and Dumbledore said he had an idea, but he would tell Harry when he had got the memory from Slughorn... "When we have the last piece of the jigsaw" Dumbledore obviously thought he wanted to make a Horcrux at Hogwarts, and im thinking possibly Gryffindors sword??? In the same chapter when Voldermort leaves the office it says.. "He (Harry) was sure that Voldermorts hand had twitched towards his pocket and his wand." Depending on how you make a Horcrux maybe he put a part of his soul into the sword... or mabe he just cursed the DADA job... cant make my mind up! lol Plus, does anyone have any idea about what the Ravenclaw item is??

I cant come to this now! My aunts chosen the saturday 16th to get married and ive got to travel to Middlesbrough for it! How inconsiderate! lol Ive ordered a HB copy from Amazon and I wont even be hear to receive my book so im gonna have to wait ages to read it! Help! lol
