Nope, too far to go from Romford, would take me 4 hours on a train from Euston so about 5 hours travelling time I'd need....both ways....so I think I'm going to sit this one out.
If David Boreanaz, Kiefer Sutherland or ANY CSI GUESTS get announced I'll probably cry.

I just looked up train times and found it takes 3 hours to get to Manchester from Euston....so I'm thinking maybe I wont be going, it'll be really expensive and I'd have to get up at 3am.

I've seen every episode about 4 times, I love the show A LOT.
Its one of them shows you can talk about for hours which has been ahrd because none of my friends have watched it obviously.
So Im very happy that from tonight..i can go on and on about Lost and they'll understand me:)
WATCH IT I REALLY REALLY RECCOMEND IT

Ok, Miami tonight reminded me strongly of...."The Accused is Entitled", a criminal who must go down for what he's done but is smart and can outsmart the CSI's and win his case using loopholes in the law....
Bit of a rip off but entertaining still and not one mention of Speed, Im pissed off.
CSI NY repeat I also watched, I must've missed it when it orig aired. Anyway I love the episode! So many twists and turns and mad occourances and dead ends etc etc. Very well written.

I can't reccomend ones in particular because I dont read fanfic often at all but at CSi Files they have a forum with a bbuzzing fanfic section.

Im not complaining because I'm a big Buffy/Angel fan and all the guests I can meet is fantastic and David Boreanaz would be a great guest...........
But Yes they do need actors from shows like CSI and Lost and 24 and some quality american drama shows.

I have to say Speeds death was a letdown.
I knew he was going to be killed of from the day it was announced (about a year ago...the Uk are really behind) and I heard the writers were pissed off at Rory Cochrane for leaving the series, they definaltey showed this in the way he was written out. In an interview, Rory said he was annoyed about it too.
We got major reaction from Alexx and Horatio about his death but what about Delko?
Speedle and Delko were best buds yet we hardly saw any emotion from Delko, would a tear rollig down his cheek over mournful music be too much to ask for?
Speed was one of my favourites, my only likeable character In Miami, I'm going to stick with the rest of the season however, to support CSI of course

DVD fest, wooooohooooo.
I migh just do that today. Was out at a festival for 15hours yesterday, I'm still exhausted and sunburt and really cant b botherd to get out of my PJ's:)

I know that seasons usually start in September and end in May with several "hiatus" breaks throughout that period where the show is off air for up to 4 weeks at a time.
I'm guessing that means they start filming in July and wrap up in March......

Oh major CSI Miami Season 4 plotlines have been revealed but as we've only just started Season 3 it's a little early to go ranting about them I say.
Is anyone watches following the american schedule, the premiere dates are as follows.
CSI New York-Season 2-21st September
CSI Miami-Season 4-19th September
CSI Vegas-Season 6-22cnd September

If I had £250 I still wouldn't buy one.
By the end of the day most ques are open ques (unless you get a James Marsters situation) so you don't even need a ticket, plus ok the talks are worth £15 each but whats the likelyhood you'll actually be interested in all the guest talks and want to go anyway?
If £250 coverd say, 5 Autographs or your choice plus a high standard goodie bag then it'd be worth it.
It's just a rip off otherwise, but if you've travelled far for the event and have your heart set on meeting someone then I suppose a gold pass is the only thing that can garantee you'll get a virtual ticket and get to meet them.
Besides, standing in line can be fun. And getting up early, and feeling shatterd...it's all part of the experience:D

The only guests I will meet are the Buffy guests. I've met Amber and Adam before but not Andy and Julie so I will get autos for them two. Luckily a trip to MK isn't too expensive for me but with the line-up lacking in guests from other shows I'm a fan of, I'm not sure C8 is going to be as thrilling as my previous cons.

Sounds good, though Manchester is quite a way from London, I'm sure trains go there quickly though i already have to get up at 5am to go to Milton Keynes, Manchester I'll be up at more like 2am

Hey Smaug which Bit Torrent client do you use?
I changed to bit Comet last year and it's easy to manage and you get a lot more info from it that plain Bit torrent interface.
