Why has the event moved to London excel and is it a permanent thing.?? we enjoyed the event being at the NEC and have always found good reasonable accommodation and easy journey ,but London will be much more expensive with parking and hotels.etc

Posted here recently because opening ceremony ticket not included in commander package this year!! Have bought packages and tonight bought two opening ceremony tickets and now have found that they now have been include in package!! Can I get a refund for them

Noticed there is no opening ceremony ticket included in Commander package this year Any ideas
