I haven't been to a Showmasters event in years so i've virtually a newbie again. BUT in the past, they haven't swapped anything because it can mess up the whole system. It does clearly state when buying tix, that if you miss your photo session time slot, they cannot put you into another, so I assume that will also apply to trying to swap for an earlier session. Time slots allocated are based on X amount of people per photo batch and how many batches there are to get through. Other con companies won't usually do it either for the same reason. Due to Jodie being so popular and only being there one day, the schedule for her stuff is already ridiculously tight without making accomodations. As it is, the chances of non-diamond pass holders getting an autograph seems next to unlikely due to the amount of time thats had to be allocated for photo sessions. You have a gold pass so you will go in to photoshoots next behind diamond pass holders anyway. Tbh, I would say its going to be highly unlikely that you will be able to do anything about your situation other than try to change your flight home. I completey appreciate that due to Covid, it affected your booking arrangements, but unfortunately, that has nothing to do with Showmasters and everything to do with how you as the attendee planned your trip. You left yourself no wiggle room at all to allow for any delays or unforeseen events that may happen on the day that could affect the schedule and sometimes that does happen. The fact that Jodie is pregnant too now could potentially cause delays as it could affect how she feels on the day and may need to take things slow. We just don't know . Don't mean to sound harsh at all, and mean no disrespect, so I hope I haven't offended. I could be wrong and someone may be able to help you better, but if I were you, I wouldn't get my hopes up and try to work on another plan. Good luck though!!!

I was thinking the same thing. I understand she is only there for one day, but not everyone can afford diamond passes. I hope that there aren't loads of them so it allows others a chance to get an auto. Equally, I think when a guest is only there for one day, limits should be in place for how many items can be signed per attendee. I have been to past events (not SM) that had a similar issue and they implemented such a system so it gave more people a chance to get autos. I don't know if thats something SM do in these situations or not. Thinking perhaps of leaving the pre-order and use that money on another photoshoot since at least that way, it means you can at least meet her, no matter how brief, haha

Hello, Newbie again here. I was just wondering if there was going to be any posts informing us of any potential Covid guidelines. Are masks mandatory, Covid passports required etc? Will there be screens used for photosessions? Just wondering, had a scan through the forums but can't see anything relating to such info. Thanks in advance ✌️

Hello, I have searched the forums to see if the answer to my question can be found but unless i'm just too stupid, I can't find it. So apologies if i've missed it. I'm enquiring about the gold passes. Particularly, pertaining to Jodie Whittaker. Does a gold pass include a photoshoot with her and entry to her talk or are these still needed to be purchased seperately? In the purchase listing for a gold pass, there are a few things that says the gold pass entitles you to that Showmasters confirm nearer the time, averagely 2wks prior to the event. We are just under the 2wk mark, so have I missed that as well? Just trying to work out what will be the most beneficial & practical way of doings things. Jodie & Mandip would be the only reason for me attending, I'm a carer for my parents so its hard for me to get away to these sorts of things but Jodie is just a must, lol. But since Jodie is only there for one day, I know time is much more restricted & could potentially result in not being able to get an autograph with her without a diamond pass. Any info would be greatfully receive :)
