It's always a good idea to have another set of stairs.

Ah I'm blind, thank you I see it now.

If super stage means main stage, where's the second stage on the floor plan?

Yes, I barely ate and drank last year (LFCC 2018) because of the excitement and the fact that I had over 8 VQ's and 2 DP's so I barely had time to do those necessities, and I deeply regretted it, then I had a breakdown next to the Peter Capaldi line (I did get to meet him eventually.) so take this from someone who knows for new and old con goers, don't forget to eat, I know it sounds easy, but being at a con, you are in the moment, so just take 5 or 10 minutes to take a break, have a kit-kat and have enough energy for walking around!
I barely ate last year during the con either. But not because of the excitement, because of the heat. I made sure I drank plenty of water though. I tried so hard to eat though, I bought a packet of sweets and hula hoops to eat in the queue just to keep me going but the whole time I was feeling really sick. I honestly don't know how I managed to keep myself upright and functional as I was feeling faint almost the whole time. It's the only thing I regret about last year. I was especially feeling bad at Tom's talk, so when it was over I immediately went back to the hotel. I'm going to make sure I eat much more this year. Or at least, try harder.

One thing you can both do, when you have gotten inside and have your bearings and any VQ's you may need if you want auto's from other guests, is to take a moment to have a wander around the venue looking for quieter bits. Now space and quite can be hard to come by but there's always somewhere as there's usually a bit of the balcony where there may be less stalls/people or an odd corner. If you note where they are you know where to pop back to if you need some space. Or find out which way the exit is and pop outside (remembering to get your hand stamped so you can get back in). I do recall they said they intended to use part of the entry hall as a chill out area after everyone has gone in so you can try there as well.
This is kinda what I did last year. Finding some space of your own to calm and cool yourself down is a good idea when you are in a baking hot, crowded building with so much going on it can get overwhelming. Since all I was meeting last year was Tom Welling, I did a lot of wandering around the venue in the in-between times of getting autos, photos and the talk. And a lot of siting on the floor. Which I don't mind, but I would love it if some seats were dotted around the venue this time, especially around those 'quieter' areas. But, given that I'll be much busier this year, I shouldn't be doing much of that this time. Also, I'm so happy to be attending 5 talks this year, that means a lot of comfy sitting after lots and lots of walking.
The schedule is looking great to me! No clashes, and I like that Tom Ellis's photo is right next to Lana's on Sunday, given that Tom's is at 10:35 and Lana's 11:15.

Awesome! I'm arriving on the Friday afternoon, so will be picking up my DPs then, this time at the Grand Hall Foyer, then entrance through gate H on Saturday/Sunday, ok got it So exciting! I would love to queue at 7am this time, good thing I booked at St Paul's Hotel this year, only about 5 minutes down the road. but then, breakfast would only just have been served at that time and I need the fuel. I did pay for continental breakfast after all. Maybe 7:30am would be good enough...

Thanks for the update! Very happy to see that Aimee is the bonus guest for Tom's talk on the Sunday! Now to start getting my schedule down.

It's okay Queen, I can wait. Just curious.

Tom's solo talk should be Sunday as that's what is specified in the passes and Diamond talks are usually solo's rather than groups. It's confusing because if they move it to Saturday and make it a group talk they need to refund the difference to all the Sunday people and charge the Sat people.
Hopefully they will confirm soon, but as it stands I'd assume he has 2 - the DP solo and the Lucifer on Saturday.
If they do move it to the Saturday, that would mean anyone who bought the Sunday DP for priority seating at the Tom Ellis talk won't get that privilege on the Saturday? Yes, we'd get refunded for the talk price, but we'd still miss out on priority seating? Hopefully this is unlikely, and it would be actually super awesome to see Tom at two separate talks. I'll patiently await further news.

Ok, thanks! Otherwise the schedule is looking fine for me so far. Just gotta work the finer details...

I'm a little confused over the Tom Ellis talk, it's currently scheduled for the Saturday with Aimee Garcia, but his Diamond Pass had the talk for the Sunday, which is why I bought that Diamond Pass and it's not on the Sunday schedule...is the talk with Aimee a separate one you have to buy?

Ah, you got there before me!

omg this is great! Happy Lucifer fan here

Oh, that's so awesome! Will seriously consider buying this photo shoot, even though I will already have a photo shoot with Tom on the Sunday with my DP. Watched ep 8 of Lucifer S4 earlier this evening, so good. Just 2 more episodes of S4 left! I highly recommend the show to those who haven't watched it, it's sublime viewing. Tongue in cheek at times though.

Oh ok. I understand. Thanks Queen, for the info!

This is my plan so far. Bought entry tickets for Saturday & Sunday. Everyone I want to see so far are only attending those days so that's why I'm only going for those two. I've only bought one Diamond Pass so far. I intend to buy more soon! Well, at least one more Diamond, and then photo ops and talks. I'm excited for having a way busier schedule than last year as last year was literally just Tom Welling. I cannot believe it'll almost be a year ago! I'm excited!

Tom Ellis's talk isn't showing up to buy separately at the moment...I'm most likely getting the Diamond Pass anyway, but just thought I'd let you know.

Ok thank you, I'll keep an eye for info closer to the event. Thanks!

Hey just a quick question. I won't be attending the Friday of the con this year as all of the guests I want to see so far are only attending the Saturday & Sunday. So I will be arriving in London on Friday afternoon, so I just want to ask how/where to pick up the Diamond Passes on the Friday?
-
Oh! YES! Was this deliberate timing with Lucifer S4 now on Netflix from today? I was gonna watch tonight but my two year old twin nieces kept me busy up till now and now I'm too exhausted to watch anything lol. Anyways. This is awesome. Now, just get Tom Welling back with Michael Rosenbaum, and possibly a couple more OUAT and Lucifer guests and you'll make this girl very, very happy indeed. If that's not asking for too much.
-
Tom Ellis!!! And maybe other Lucifer cast.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who hates the heat! Humidity is the worst though. I'm glad to hear that it might be at least a little cooler out over the weekend with some refreshing rain, but like you say, Olympia acts like a greenhouse so the heat from Thursday will most likely be kept in for a bit. But, I got my handheld fan from last year. Going to drink plenty of water. And eat lots of celery.
