This was the 3rd time Sylvester McCoy has cancelled an event I was due to attend, maybe the stars are just never going to align.

even if the guest isn't in my fandom (though probably 9 times out of 10, these big etc guest announcements are) I do like the thrill of guessing and anticipation, and am happy for fans of other fandoms (I am not a fan of Walking Dead but can recognize when it's a big guest from that)

Barry Chuckle
(they are saving the announcement of Paul for a later date)

As I understand it dvd, the comic guests don't usually charge, though occasionally there may be a charge for 1 or 2 of them. Take some extra cash just in case but most will be free I think.
It was certainly free when I got the artists signature on my Aliens comic last year.
thanks for the reply, much appreciated :)

I missed this announcement in the middle of all of the comic book announcements yesterday but this is a cool announcement. Will there be a charge for her autograph?
-
is it likely these guests would have done only Star Wars work but other genre work too (Doctor Who etc.) as they could be cool names to get on other non-SW projects if that's the case

Scenario: We have Ghostbusters guests!
Plot twist: They're all from the reboot, none from the original!
That's lucky because most of the cast of the original appear in the reboot

I was just going to suggest him as a guest for LFCC since he played Jesus in Life Of Brian and would have gone cool with Clees and Cleveland
-
Cool guest, very happy to be able to add him to my Doctor Who poster
-
There's plenty of names I'd be happy with.
Though I'd love it if it was either Karen Gillan, Maisie Williams, Rose McIver, Selma Blair or David Tennant
-
John Heard
they are taking it literally as he was in Big
-
I remember a certain trashy tabloid covering the original event in a negative light, I remember them attacking the idea of paying for an autograph, which is obviously very common at events.
-
Karyn Parsons would be a great guest to go with Joseph Marcell, believe she has done some American events in the past

thank you all for your replies, extremely helpful

This will be my first LFCC and my first trip to London, now I'm aware all buses are on Oyster Card rather then paying at the time, however somebody give me this bit of information -
That I am able to use my bank card as long as it allows contactless payments
I am just hoping somebody on here knows if this is true or not

sorry I spoilt Jeepers Creepers for anybody, while I personally won't watch anything of his, but if you can separate his art from him, I wouldn't judge you

I'm surprised the director Victor Salva has a career considering what he did

If she were a president she would be Baberaham Lincoln

When I saw that he'd followed Steven Yeun and Missi Pyle on Twitter and posted about it on here, the Showmasters Twitter account blocked me, so they clearly don't like when people notice and share lol!
I might have screwed up there then, it was only meant as a bit of gentle fun lol

I am also predicting these two. Someone needs to have a word with DavidB about following on twitter too early!
I was hoping nobody else but me would have noticed them so I looked real smart if they do get announced
-
I'm predicting Tia Carrere and Robert Patrick

Maisie Williams, Krysten Ritter, Rose McIver and Selma Blair would all be great

have they ever used the word "important" before in regards to a guest announcement?
