I like getting posters signed rather then a 10x8 on the desk, and it's pretty awesome I happen to already have a poster that I got given for free
-
She was on my list of hopeful that you would get for this years LFCC
Booked my first Diamond Pass of the years for LFCC.
Such an awesome guest.
-
Meet The Beano guys if you can.
I met them at LFCC last year and they were all great. Even drawing sketches in my annual for me, a great experience.

June...
But I want an Oompa Loompa now!

Love iZombie so excited by this news

He was an excellent guest in London but unobtainable without a Diamond Pass and he is one day only which may make it more difficult.
I got really lucky the end of the day with a VQ ticket in London so there is a chance, no matter if it's slim that will be gettable without a Diamond pass

literally brought a 1989 Batman poster the other day, maybe it's a sign I should get him to sign it

Awesome another name for my Time Bandits DVD cover

Cool guest, was only thinking about her being a potential guest the other day, she is in the 1996 Gulliver's Travels with Ted Danson which is a project I started at LFCC with Richard Wilson, so she is somebody I'm planning to get a couple from.
-
Since you got a good portion of the IT kids, some other actors from it would be cool
Richard Thomas, Tim Reid and Annette O'Toole, as well as Chelan Simmons who played the first victim (and as been in a few horror films since).
-
i'll comment on here but all these IT KIds guest announcements are great,
I thought Emily was great in Ginger Snaps as well
-
Since I got to knock Rose McIver off my list I will suggest the other 3 again that I suggested along with her - Maisie Williams, Krysten Ritter or Karen Gillan, also add Christina Ricci and Melissa Joan Hart.
and some suggestions based on poster projects I have started because of Showmasters events, the last few years -
- P.J. Soles (Carrie, Halloween etc. Surprised she's never done a British con)
- Fairuza Balk
- David Naughton
- William Atherton
- Joanna Cassidy
- Patricia Quinn
Also some cancelled guests like Tia Carrere and Val Kilmer.

I'll start with the lows so I can end on an high note
Mark Henry, didn't look at me or talk to me, worst guest I met at the convention for me.
Didn't happen to me personally but hearing a crew member dismiss the concerns of a photoshoot clash (person had to get to the far end to G), crew member might as well have said "I don't care"
People who had no intention of getting autographs taking photos with their phones or standing around in the way in a very busy area
Sam Neill VQ tickets on Saturday morning, also some guests suddenly becoming VQ, so you are stuck with a high number.
Not Showmasters fault but a girl actually tried to push me because she had a lower VQ ticket number then me in the David Tennant line and felt she should be in front of me (my number was still well within the batch number)
and now highs
I had a massive amount of people I wanted to meet including many that were there as Diamond guests and only missed out on Capaldi and Ecclestone, I had accepted early the chances were slim so this is not a low for me but a high as I got so many done.
The Beano artists in the comic area, I had an annual I wanted sign and 3 of them drew sketches (for free) and it's looks amazing
Rose McIver was lovely and remembered me when it came to the photo shoot ditto Ingrid Oliver (Osgood is one of my favourite Who characters) who also remembered me.
David Tennant being announced so late and the fact I was lucky enough to meet him.
Back to more guest experiences many of them where brilliant including (but not limited to) Steven Moffatt, Matt Smith, Jewel Staite, Nathalie Emmanuel and Tom Atkins among others
-
Rose was absolutely lovely... she even remembered me later in the day in the photoshoot. So that made my year
-
Was wondering why it wasn't at 7pm then realised it's gone 7, so not a long wait
If it's a guest I like I'm hoping it's on an item I own already, because I prefer getting my own stuff signed rather than photos from the table

Yes. It's a very similar layout to last year.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!

I'm having trouble getting the picture up at the moment, is the autograph area in the same place (besides the Star Wars zone)?

I found last year that anyone over £15 for an autograph wouldn't allow selfies, which is the rule of thumb I go by
Even then there is exception to the rules such as Matt Lucas (who was £40) and a few others
-
Longshot probably, but Neil Connery as in Sean Connery's Brother, I have a poster I would love to get signed by him
-
I'm sort of glad none of the guests appealed to me tonight. I am already spending way too much money
-
I thought getting Rose McIver was awesome enough and you add two more iZombie guests, this is brilliant, so so brilliant!
-
i imagine it will get updated on here soon but I've just seen on the LFCC Facebook page that Jason Momoa is now attending 2 - 5pm on the Friday as well

was looking forward to meeting her. I am planning on meeting loads of people so it saves me some money (positive outlook and all)

While I didn't meet him at LFCC Spring, I briefly looked over to his queue and he seemed in good spirits when he was interacting with the fans, guess what I'm saying in a roundabout way my last memory of him is a positive one.
