Sorry but this whole Validation issue has caused so much confusion and concern that tickets will not be valid for the day - I hope this is high on the 'to do' list to clear up for next year! It's likely this has been answered before, but with so many threads I'm sorry if I haven't seen it! You say you have to pay Validation on every order, but is that just Pass or Photo Shoot orders? I have paid for the extra Validation for my MJF Diamond Pass, but do I also have to pay an additional Validation Charge on my order for the Weekend Entry Pass as well?

Apologies if this has been asked but I can't see it - is it possible to know which guests are to have the VT queue tickets for each day? Thanks Paul

I note that the Diamond Pass allows for two autographs, the additional one being for a further £75 - so my question is: if I purchase the Diamond Pass with a friend can we both have access to meet her at the same time or is only one person allowed entry to meet her? - obviously with the items like the talks then clearly only one of us would be allowed entry, but would we both be able to be in the photos (so still one photo)? And finally, could we purchase another Henn auto for the normal price if we wanted 2? Thanks.

Diamond passes will be mailed out in the following weeks, unfortunately there's been a little delay. PLEASE HELP!!! Is there any clarification as to when we will be able to confirm our MJF autograph day/time (and MJF photo) as I've been getting mixed messages - Is this being sent out with the individual passes? I've been told your allotted time and day will be allocated to you, but a friend was told via email communication that we will be able to choose our day - confirmation would really be appreciated as I need to make travel plans and also ensure I have the required entry tickets for the correct days and so not having this information really is a bit of an issue! I totally appreciate the complexity of the arrangements for this guest, but the date is getting closer and closer and without the times/days confirmed I can't make any final arrangements! Thanks
