What happens if the photo shoots you've bought in advanced clash? Will I be refunded if the crew can't find a way to work this out?

My friend can no longer go to the event and wants to sell me their photo shoot ticket for the event? Does that mean now that there's a ticket sold to them and due to unforeseen circumstances, preventing them from going? that no one can purchase it from them and get to take their place too??

What do I need if I purchase an e-ticket from someone? Do I only need the email with the e-ticket in?

Ah I thought they might have some on the day. the pre-booking reads that they are sold in advance and then also available at the event whilst stocks last. was hoping m j fox would be included in that life's over now haha thanks for replying

The photo shoots have obviously sold like hot cakes but as it's such a big event (only having been to Cardiff Comic Cons before), will tickets be available for purchase on the day? I really can't afford £400+ to meet Michael J Fox in the diamond or gold packs!! Probably a really stupid question but genuinely clueless!!
