Panic over. I typed my email in wrong! (twice) - I guess I was over excited. Luckily i managed to get back on the ticket confirmation page through my history tab and save the tickets. Thanks for the advice though guys!

theres nothing on my event brite account. the other 2 orders are there though . thats why I'm concerned.

thanks. that explains why I'm not getting anywhere then! i've just emailed them so thanks for that i appreciate the help. Im just concerned that if my order didn't go through, by the time its resolved the tickets i bought will have sold out if i need to re order. dave

Hi , I've tried contacting show masters by phone all morning but can't get through. i bought my london film comic con ticket wednesday, no problem at all. i then tried buying more yesterday and everything appeared ok, and i had ticket confirmation on screen. unfortunately i couldn't print this, but when i looked this morning there is no record of this transaction!? I also haven't got email confirmation either The money however has been taken out of my account. I'm keen to find out how to check this asap as i know the tickets i bought will sell out pretty soon (as its bttf related stuff). does anyone know how the best way to get through to show masters?? the number i've been trying is 01968 6761138 thanks in advance! dave
