Ok, on my way, wish me luck :)

I was unfortunate enough to not know my plans until right this second, hence why I have brought no tickets I am planning on today (can only do today) is there a way I can call and pick them up at the event? Being totally honest I just want a photoshoot and autograph with Norman Reedus is my main priority, I'm about 4/5 hours away any help appreciated
