I have attended two years in a row now, but this is the first time I have been as an anime and manga fan as well as the usual sci-fi and fantasy. Since before I wasn't really looking out for it, how much of a presence does anime have at LFCC? I know there other conventions a bit more devoted to it, but I'm sure this one has a fair amount of related stuff to. Also, what is this Anime League I keep hearing about?

I have nothing against "Bronies". What people collect or have interest in is down to their own free-will to decide. However, shouldn't you be visiting other "Bronies" forum rather than starting a thread in a forum regularly frequented by film movie convention goers? That's a good point and I have now been directed to another forum for it.

I'll be going as Sanji from One Piece. Are there any other One Piece cosplayers here?

I can see why others might think that. And there a lot of really weird bronies out there. But most of us are nice people. It's hard to explain the appeal, but there's an incredibly big fan-base now.
