When will we know which In-person autographs ( included in the packages and randomly selected from you ) are to be collected?

You would understand my worries...the event is still far and some things are still unclear, Planning such a week-end from Rome under this conditions, with all related flights and hotels, is somehow like a jump in the dark ....however, I'm sure good answers will surely come in time.

No, no misunderstanding here. "Some attendees", that are me, know perfectly what Gold Pass gets them and what not. I bought my passes with savings of one year of work....so I must be sure that a remedy for contradictory informations that lead persons to buy a ticket instead of another will be offered. I think it's what every customer cares to have, without arrogance or conceit. Am I wrong? As I said, I'll wait patiently news, thanking warmly moderators and administrators for their help.

Considering I bought 1 Gold Pass and 3 Silver Pass for my family + photo sessions, so a considerable expense, I mean I hope to find a little flexibility.

Right, that's what the page means now. Below what the page meant when tickets sale opened: All photo sessions will take place during open hours of Saturday and Sunday. A schedule will be clearly on display showing you when photo sessions are taking place and with which guest. If I had the chance, I would have chosen Friday from the beginning...it's true that tickets went on sale even for Friday, but informations were very contradictory. However, given all these changes, I am confident that the management is a little elastic and not stiff on reservations for this or that day...I have a Gold Pass, good heavens!

Now it changed.

I ordered 3 photo sessions - Patrick Stewart ( Saturday ), Kate Mulgrew ( Saturday ) and Scott Bakula ( Sunday ) - and I did it when in the Highlights room was written that photo sessions would have taken place only on Saturday and Sunday, and so I planned my visit. Now I read in the same room: << All photo sessions will take place during open hours of Saturday and Sunday (There will be individual Captain photo sessions on the Friday). >> Can I move my photo sessions on Friday? Personal thought, no offense: every week something changes...maybe the next time you should FIRST make a final decision about each and every main feature of the event, THEN open the ticket sales!

Hi! I bought online the Golden Pass and 3 tickets for photo sessions. I live in Italy, so I presume I should collect them in person on my arrival at the event....how? Do I have to give my reference code to the box office employee?
