PROBLEM SOLVED. Contacted them on twitter, got a response with a customer service email address (customercare@seetickets.com), sent them my full address and got a confirmation 3 minutes later. :)

Someone else has already reported the same problem. We are currently investigating what the procedure is. A mod or someone from the office will get back to you ASAP. Thank you so much. I did find a telephone number on the seetickets website after all, but calling from Germany would be really expensive.

Yeah I suppose ^^ A fangirl can dream, right? Simon Pegg on the other hand... it would be really great to have someone from the new films as well. And he's the geekiest of the new cast, so I think he'd be wonderful at a convention.

Hi, I've just ordered my ticket. However, while filling out the form, there was no line for "country", so I didn't enter that I live in Germany. After I received the confirmation email for my order, I tried to log in at seetickets with the information I had previously entered, but it tells me my order can't be found. There's no email address or other contact possibility other than through entering your order details, and I'm at a bit of a loss what to do now. Who do I contact and how?

How about anyone from the new movies? Simon Pegg for example, and Benedict Cumberbatch (they're both London residents, so that would make sense and might be easier to fit into their schedule + less expensive to get them to attend) Oh and: Wil Wheaton. Because he's just the most awesome person ever.

There will be other talks with other guests that are free. Ah good, thanks. Hm, guess I'll just buy the 3 day ticket then and see whatever else will be available and for what price.

It would really be good to know how much the single tickets to the captain's talks will be. I don't have to see all of them but would very much like to see Patrick Stewart and/or William Shatner. I hope they'll have the prices for that online soon. Furthermore, it would be really helpful to know if other talks will be for free. Because if I'd have to pay for every single talk extra I don't know if I'd go.
