  1. Do you think they care? I'm still waiting for a response, explanation even an apology form the organisers. They absolutely raked it in this weekend with little or no concern about their customers, especially us old skool who remember turning up at earls court at their shows in the beginning and it was that empty you could play football in there!
  2. She was fun, chatty and smashed out of her face, just how I like my women
  3. Ok I've read a lot about the problems of queuing and the amount of people at the show, but what's the the truth? I'm going on Sunday. Any problems with early bird tickets? If you're in the queue before 9:00am how long does it take to get in? Say if you arrive at 9:30? Carrie fisher what number VT did she go up to? I read Stan was 400, that's understandable he's 90!! Any photo shoot problems, delays?
  4. Any advice to getting to the car park. Will my sat nav take me straight there? Is it an indoor or outdoor car park? As I remember it's a one way system round there and if you miss your turning it tales ages to come round.
  5. Great clarification TooTall. I think most people on the forums are not here to knock the show or organisation but put there input in to improve the experience. Have you looked at how the large comic cons in America handle these problems? I've attendee the NY comic con several times and last year for Sylvester Stallone and their other popular guests you could pre-book your autograph time as well as photoshoot. you pay extra for the privilege of course. Maybe this is something to look into for the future??
  6. Judging by previous experience, the seperate halls and the the demand for Stan lee I don't think you will be able to get Stan lee and one of the other top guests eg carnie fisher on the same day. Imagine 800 priority passes before you then anything after 500 VT you won't get. Especially if you have yo join the back of the queue for hall 1 once you get Stan lee ticket, which will most likely be the case. I think it would go been better for ALL tickets including stans to be available in one hall. This is not to criticise but just for people to have realistic expectations.
  7. Ignore that Basically my 9yr is accompanying me to the event. If I get a ticket for Stan lee, can she not queue up with me? Does she need her own? Also is there a limit to the amount of items someone will sign on 1 ticket?
  8. Is that adult only, or does my 9yr old daughter who is work me need a VT?
  9. Really?? I'd think with the amount of things going on, people would spread out more...shouldn't you be fine if you're there at 12? Maybe you are just trying to throw me off guard and telling me not to Q early so you get closer to the front, the double bluff!
  10. So the talks on at 12:45pm, realistically do we then have to q up as soon as the doors open to get a chance of going in!
  11. Hi - my wife and I are coming to the star trek show and were thinking about bringing our 2 kids, 7 & 6. is there a family ticket option, do they go in for free or is £29 ech of us for the one day ticket?
  12. What time should I get there? Mikes coming at 1pm so is 12 early enough?
  13. hey just like a lot of people im buzzing about meeting mike, ive booked my photoshoot, so do you think it'll be fine to wait until the day to decide what to autograph? i dont want to miss out but i cant decide between a nice print or a glove! ps dont say both :)
  14. Thank you mark. I think il book the photo session before hand and choose what autograph il have when I get to the show. Do you expect to accommodate everyone who comes or do you think you'll have to cap numbers?
