Just adding my voice to the "don't panic" list - I went with my other half, but he spent most of the weekend doing other stuff so I was on my own for most of the time and I still managed to meet some great people!

Oh, that was hard. I'm hoping the verbal agreement we heard about at Eclipse is still holding for Eclipse 2 (nod/wink), so I went for Greg, Leonard and Dania, mainly because I haven't met them yet and I know them from other stuff. Although, damn, I always want to vote for The Pasdar. *sniff*
Hell, I'd be happy with pretty much any of that lot. They're all good!

Did you go to Eclipse 1? Yes, indeedy.
If yes, who was your favourite guest? Uh, all of them? Sendhil and David possibly a smidge above the rest, but only a smidge as they were all brilliant.
Most wanted guest for Eclipse 2? Not yet met: Greg Grunberg/Jack Coleman (What? I'm greedy). Met: guess. (Hint: see photo.)
Hotel? (Park Inn, Ibis etc) - Park Inn. I booked my room on the Sunday of Eclipse - I'm glad I did that now!
Facebook/MySpace etc - Facebook - you can see me on the Eclipse 2 Event guest list.
Chat Email (MSN, Yahoo, AIM etc) - I'm not on MSN much at the mo, but it's CosmicAvatar at hotmail.com.
Favourite Movie? Star Wars.
Favourite Other TV Show? Oooo. Well, out of all the current shows I watch, the other two I download because I Can't Wait are House and Supernatural, but the previous TV show which changed my life in a similar way to Heroes was Buffy The Vampire Slayer, as it got me in contact with nearly all the friends I have today.
Favourite Music? My favourite track is Dreams by Miss Shiva, but my tastes run across the spectrum.
Anything else we need to know? I am a Gigantic Dork.

Heh. I got shouted at by Malcolm on the Saturday (first time!) and I was utterly mortified, but I spoke to him on the Monday and he was lovely. I totally understand he has one hell of a job to do getting hundreds of photos done in a short space of time. Plus, the photo he took of me and The Pasdar is one to be treasured for all time so I think he's gwreat.

Unfortunately, sometime in April it becomes illegal to sell weapons like this in the UK, although not to own one. (Which is why I jumped on the sword as it was pretty much my last chance!) However, I'm sure you can get one from abroad, although whether there'll be issues getting it into the UK I don't know.

Great photos, everyone - keep 'em coming!
Most of my cast photos are terrible as I had an unfortunate blinking episode with Santiago and then tried so hard to keep my eyes wide open that I ended up looking like I was stoned and gazing at the ceiling in most of them. Oooops! (And, damn, I've put on way too much weight. The guests looked great, though.) I can bear to post one or two so here they are. The one with Jessalyn's my favourite, I think, as that was the first photo taken.

Agreed - they were great. Cristine and David had me in stitches with their antics, and when I asked Sendhil if he'd mind doing a little extra personalization on a photo for a friend of mine, he wrote way more than I'd asked for - totally awesome!

BTW, to anyone with whom I chatted at the cocktail party - I apologize if I came across as a bit of a total nutter - I was so nervous! Had some fun conversations, though.

Awww, I'm sorry you didn't get to make friends. I don't know if you saw me there, but you did say you'd come up and say hi if you did! Anyway, if you see me at Eclipse 2, I promise I'll talk to you. :)
I was very lucky at Eclipse. Some people I spoke to only once, but I struck up a conversation with Nightwish in the lift when I recognised her from her photos and when she saw me propping up a wall later that evening at the party, she invited me to come and chat with her and her friends. And then I had people to say hi to over the weekend and we're on each others' Facebooks and everything. (And yvonne80 and I signed up for Eclipse 2 together that very weekend - woo-hoo!) So don't be discouraged - keep trying!
