A few questions from a newcomer.

Me and a few friends from Sweden is thinking of joining this event in May, we already attended Collectormania Copenhagen wich isnt half the size of this event i can imagine.

 

I just read that the tickets for the photo shoots is avaliable in the shops. My question is if they are usually sold out when the event starts or if theres usually some left to buy at the event. We are not sure yet if we can afford to go in the first place so it feels a bit like if you buy tickets you must go.

 

For me it would be enough with a picture at the table but from what i see from the pictures theres _ALOT_ of people, at collectormania in Copenhagen it wasnt nearly as crowded, you could actually talk to the guests for 10 mins or so and could take a picture at the table but from what i understand here thats not for 100% sure depending on how many people attend and if the guests are up to it.

 

Other then that if theres anything else a newcomer should know please tell me. And also is there any updates on Collectormania in Copenhagen for this year? I saw posters on it when we where there but not on the homepage.

 

Finally i want to thank u for great events and with very nice guests, still hoping for more Star Trek people though =).

Shoots have sold out before. It's not that every photo shoot sells out online, but it does happen. There is usually a warning posted here when tickets get low, so you best keep an eye on the forum.

You understand correctly, a photo at the table is never guaranteed. 10 minute chats are more the exception than the norm at Collectormania, but unless it is a very popular guest you usually get at least a two sentence conversation.

Don't be scared and have fun. My first Collectormania was Collectormania 4 which was madhouse thanks to Elijah Wood being there at the height of popularity for Lord of the Rings. Still I've been returning ever since.

 

And also is there any updates on Collectormania in Copenhagen for this year? I saw posters on it when we where there but not on the homepage.

 

The sites will be updated once there is more info available. The events throughout the year will get updated once we get closer to the dates.
