i was wondering if ne knew how i cud get in touch with showmasters (about sum tickets i cancelled for the LOTR talk)???
ive tried the number on the 'special events' section where it tells you to ring for the LOTR talk but have not been able to get through at all! ive also tried the general enquiries number, without any success. ive also tried emailing showmasters, but havent had a reply (ive jus tried emailing them again now)

thanks to anyone who can help, sorry if ive posted this in the wrong section, this just seems like one of the most used boards.

ignore him he is just causing trouble. SMs won't keep your money if you cancelled tickets. They will get in touch with you, just give them some time!

thanks, its just that everytime showmasters tell me they'll send me a cheque back or will phone back i dont hear anything from them. its been like this for approx 2 months on and off.

hmm that doesnt sound like them. Im sure there is a valid reason why you haven't heard anything yet. give it til friday, if you havent heard anything by then try ringing til you get an answer or even sending them a letter through snail mail

FWIW, there were no refunds on tickets at C6 - can't really see it changing for C7.
