Asylumstar (aka Laura) Is a 23 year old, professional make up artist, performer and cosplayer from Glasgow, Scotland.

Laura has been cosplaying for around five years now, but over the past couple of years has gained an increasing passion for it and as a result has dedicated so much more time and effort to the art.

As well as cosplaying she has been an industry professional make up artist for six years, after studying the craft for three years at college - she also enjoys combining both her make up and cosplay skills in with her burlesque acts and other performances that are influenced by her love of geek culture.

Mike Lawson, you may know him as "What You See Here", is a digital artist and custom prop & costume fabricator. Mike has been creating his own costumes for the last 15 years. However the cosplay explosion in recent times has energised his creativity and allowed him to expand his skill set to designing and building custom fabricated props, helmets, masks and armour. With around 10 full personal costumes and countless commissions to his name he has a real eye for detail and the handcrafted. Be it huge fully fabricated armour, or that movie accurate prop piece, he’s tackled it all. He’s been a cosplay judge, host & winner and can’t wait to see what you guys will bring to the table.

Aranel Cosplay is a Scottish-born cosplayer who spent her formative years in Dubai, Aranel has been making costumes for over eight years. With over 100 costumes in her portfolio, she is entirely self-taught. Aranel has been both a guest and judge at multiple events, some of which were international, in the past several years. She also recently attended a Magic the Gathering tournament as an official cosplayer for Wizards of the Coast. Aranel has also participated in numerous cosplay panels, where she has enjoys sharing her crafting knowledge. Outwith cosplay, she enjoys tabletop gaming, comics and anime.”

Lunacille (aka Julie) is a cosplayer and photographer from Ayrshire, Scotland. She discovered the world of cosplay and the huge community in 2013 when she attended a convention with intention of taking photographs of the cosplayers there. This sparked an interest in cosplay photography and a year later decided it was time to truly get into cosplay herself.

Julie only focuses on cosplaying characters who she loves and covers a range of areas including Video Games, Movies and TV. Her favourite type of cosplays are Genderbends and Gijinkas and loves the challenge of redesigning characters. She is also known for her love of The Walking Dead and has cosplayed several characters from it."
