He has been sentenced to 3 years and 4 months imprisonment. In May of this year he pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter, drink driving and providing alcohol to a minor. This followed an incident in December 2006 when he was driving his Land Rover in California and it left the road and hit a tree. One of his three passengers later died from injuries sustained. Garrison played Tweener. Having checked when Tweener was killed by Mahone, the show aired on October 2nd 2006, so this accident in no way influenced Tweener being killed off. It has been all over the American and British media. My apologies..it should be December 2006..not 2007..
