I've just heard the sad news that Lois Maxwell has died aged 80. I think she was brilliant as Miss Moneypenny & I was hoping that she would do a Autographica, but sadly, it was never meant to be. I think many people will agree, today is a sad day for Bond. Check out these interesting links below.

Very Sad news indeed-had the good fortune to meet Lois Maxwell in 1996 at the 1st ever Bond Signing i went to in London along with Shirley Eaton, Caroline Munro and at the time the New Moneypenny Samantha Bond and all i can say is that she was a wonderful,caring lady who had time for everyone.

 

The signed 10 x 8 i got that day takes pride of place in my collection and when i look at at it now i will remember this wondrous lady who was and will always be an Iconic figure of the Cinema Screen.
