Showmasters - where are you today?

On the first full day the tickets go on sale no one is answering the order phoneline 'in office hours'! I sent in my request at 9.30 this morning via email, but haven't got a reply yet. I'm sure that will be enough, but I did want to confirm details on the phone.... but no one's answered all day!

 

I know Showmasters are a great team and there's a probably a good reason why this has happened... but a colleague of mine who also wants to go to the party (and hasn't been to a Collectormania event before) isn't happy that she can't speak to someone to order tickets on the day they've gone on sale... I'm concerned that this kind of thing might put her off future SM events...

 

Will people be around to answer calls tomorrow? Don't let the side down Showmasters! :unsure:
