Just read through and see it now. They really should update the website accordingly as there was nothing on there (two days ago not checked today) that says early entry costs money. Also just spotted the reason I missed that post. Its in the previous events -> CMMK 22 and after the event didn't really check that one as was just waiting for the CMMK 23 one to start up

As far as I can see on the website under tickets the only paid ticket is gold.The website quotes "Collectormania Milton Keynes is FREE GENERAL ADMISSION" Is anyone able to point me in the direction of where it says otherwise?

If I can afford to go hoping to have my MMPR yellow helmet redone for then as well as a few upgrades that would probably be my only one though as don't have any others.....

There's aren't always as many cosplayers at Milton Keynes but there definitely are some. I will definitely be dressing up, current plan is Irisa from Defiance. Not sure what else yet

This is fabulous. Won't be able to do this earlier signing as not sure what time we will be getting to London yet and as it will be a 5 hour drive gonna need a bit of a rest before heading over but bravo Showmasters!

You pay for your autos as you go and get them. Quieter guests you usually pay the guest assistant, busier guests there is a table part way down the queue for you to pay for your auto.

I'm still making stuff and probably will be up till the Thurs before the con lol. I have a dress to make for a friend, and my power rangers helmet to do from kit form to actual helmet lol. Oh and lots of prop stuff. Friday and Sunday costumes are pretty much sorted, though I do have a back up for Sunday I will be wearing later in the afternoon to cool down from my earlier outfit. Saturday is the power ranger which is still in the works.

Costumes are going a bit slow especially my yellow power ranger but hopefully it will be done in time. Just cross everything.

I was hoping extra tickets would go on sale but sadly due to already wanting £300+ worth of autos I am gonna have to skip this one. Typically I got paid two days after they sold out the first time lol. I'll be happy with my auto at least as long as I manage to get it :)

My only beef for the parking was that some of the areas had cones but over the entrance, there was enough room for people trying to exit but a lot of the time getting in would have been a bit more difficult due to the angle. Some of these had no parking attendents but had free spaces. Obviously not too hard to get out of the car and move the cone you say, no its not unless you're in a costume that requires a crow bar to get out lol and there is a line of traffic behind you. The other one was the blocked off entrances with parking attendants who even after pointing out there was a space free in that area told us to find one somewhere else yet let the car a few behind us go in and take that space. Bit mad right?

Definitely needs updating, as Faerie Tanith can attest to I was asking about this a few weeks ago as well and she was lovely enough to post the link to the topic linked above. Thing is that topic is from 12th November and can't see SM towers being shut then. Its also a topic which is now buried in the forum under several sub categories. Four to be exact from the main page and unless people read it before the event they may have not spotted it before it was moved into the sub categories. I have no issues with the cost to get in early just wish it was clearer.
