Hi myself and my friend came to Bitten last year and we bought our silver ticket on the day, I was just wondering if this option was still ok for this years Bitten or whether we need to buy it online before we go? Thanks

Hi I have a Thomas Dekker photoshoot ticket from Collectormania that I was planning on using at LFCC when he rescheduled, however, I'm now unsure if i'm able to attend LFCC. Would it be possible to get a refund on the ticket if i return it in the next few days? I know this was possible if we were unable to attend. If I can would I just need to send my unused ticket back to a specific address? Thanks.

There seem to be rooms available using the code if you only want to stay Friday and Saturday but if you try adding Sunday night as well it comes up with no availabilty using the code.

Hi I'm sure someone has already asked this but I had a sudden panic as Friday gets nearer!! The only proper photo ID I have is my passport which expired in June, if I bought this along with my credit card with my name on would this be ok for proof of who I am? Thanks

Hi I can see that the beautiful new Bitten website is up and running along with information about the Park Inn rates and their contact details. However, I just wanted to make sure that we can phone up and book rooms as when I tried last night I was told that they have not received confirmation regarding the event and so they had no code for me to book the room. I was told to try again another time. Thanks

Hi my friend and I were thinking of getting tickets for this weekend, I wondered if we had actually left it too late to book the tickets seeing as its on Friday? Any help would be much appreciated!!!!

I have just booked my rooms but thought that I should make you aware that they have it listed as Supernatural convention and not as Roadhouse2. Payment is also being taken at the time of booking so if you book by credit card this will be charged within the next few days and not January which may have an effect on some people. Thank goodness for pay day :-)

I used the number listed on the venue page of the website but he had no record of Roadhouse 2. I'll give it another try and maybe a different person will answer the phone :-) Thanks!

Hi I'm new on the forum so apologies if this has already been asked somewhere else :-) I phoned the Park Inn to book a couple of rooms for myself and some friends and I mentioned Roadhouse 2 but the guy on the phone didn't know what I was talking about. He was very nice about it so I said I'll go back and check the website and make sure I haven't got it wrong, which was my first instinct :-) I just wanted to check there wasn't another name for it or if anyone else has had any problems or maybe I'm just too eager to get a room booked and have phoned too early!! Any help would be greatly appreciated :-) xxxx
