I also already have flight & hotel arragments for the original dates... and I'm not sure they will let me change the holiday dated at work... I'll need to check and see what can be changed Will I be able to cancel the golden programme tickets in case I won't be able to attend due to this change?

I sent an email last Friday, but didn't get any reply up until now.. Calling them is indeed an expensive option, but I might do that in the end...

Hey, Me and a friend live in Israel and are planning to attend the London film and Comic con this September We would realy like to purchase a Golden Programme ticket (one each), especially because we don't get to attend these conventions very often (this in my first con, and I'll probably won't have a chance to attend another one in a few years) I tried to order the programme through the online store but got stuck when Israel didn’t appear in the country list , is there any other way I can buy the tickets (or can anybody just add Israel to the list?)
