  1. No, you have not misinterpreted.

As I said in the Luke Pasqualino topic, the batches are added by the office. If a batch runs out during non-office times (like at 11 PM as it seems to have happened with Luke, I didn't notice when Catherine went to sold out) it may need until the next morning until new tickets are added.

I'm here at odd times cause I have the world's most weird sleeping pattern plus I am a volunteer, but I don't have access to Eventbrite. So maximum I can do is go asking "can someone add...?"

Phew, Ive totally missed that the were selling out... Glad I read this post!

Photoshoot booked :) I have met Catherine once, after Much Ado About Nothing, got a programme signed, but couldn't get a photo. Will have to think about an autograph. I have one through the mail on a Donna photo.

Same for me. Both Catherine and David signed my programme after the show. But no photos. I'd love to have a photo with both of them.

I actually did get a photo with David :) (http://sammysautographs.weebly.com/uploads/2/3/3/0/23305504/2026689_orig.jpg)

But I think Catherine wasn't up to it. Well, now's our chance :)

I also have a signed program ftom that show! :) Both David and Cathrine signed. I got a photo with David aswell, its my profile picture :) Your picture is much better than mine :D Ive grown an extra chin or two in mine :D

Well I think that a FAQ will come up eventually from Too Tall and that will most likely clarify things like this even more.

I for one wants to know how it will work with the photoshoots that has diamond guests. Would not be so fun ariving in a group with 200 diamond pass holders thinking I am one of the 100 thats in the batch.

For Diamond Pass holders so far it's been clarified that MJF batch 1 is Saturday and batch 2 Sunday. Does that help a bit?

That helps alot :) Thanks QS

  5. I know Arnold Schwarzenegger is in London in july doing a promo for the new film. so im going with him. showmasters also said the biggest guest they have had but do they mean in size OR Hollywood? I just cant wait lol ive not got 2 pennys to rub together so im out but I hope the rest of you get a good one

Well I would say if it was Arnold then the clue would imo be. "The biggest we have ever had by far" :D So I think Arnold might be abit to big for that clue. But one could always hope :D

The Multigenre bit of it says to me that its an actor who has done different kinda works, in more than a fandom movie or show. Mark Hamill for instance dont really fit in there. I think its very far fetched calling him a multi genre cause he is famous for being a voice actor and star wars. (Would love to meet him though, Im not saying this to minimizing what he has done)

"The other is also a multi-genre actor/actress and I can safely say one of, if not the biggest guest we have ever had at one of our shows!" No mentioning of first time signer for theese events. Thats something that might be true even though its not stated. But... This get me to think of Patrick Stewart if you look at guests that has been here before. (I might be wrong... :D )

Then again, looking on who it might be that hasnt been here before and who could be likely (I might be wrong about htem being new,,, ) Ewan McGregor or Hayden Christensen. Ewan being Really BIG and Hayden begin very Fandom BIG (bring it on ;) ) Well KingRichard, give your thought on this :) I value your opinion. And yes I mean you who have seen a famous frog :)

I, first of all agree with you over the Mark Hamill comment, he is known mostly for being Luke Skywalker.

My stance remains on what would be a BIG guest for an event such as this and a BIG guest that would be seen at a Premiere say, there are a number of big names for an event like this that do spring to mind and Ewan McGregor is one of them, he has a strong link to Star Wars an is known for a number of other wonderful roles - I enjoyed his role in Shallow Grave a great deal and this would definitely see him fitting into the whole multigenre pigeon hole as would the likes of Sean Bean (I know he was in Game of Thrones or indeed the first episode - the only one I've seen) he would also be labelled as a big guest its people like this who would definitely make a show and would certainly fit into that whole demographic.

Hayden Christensen isn't really known for anything other than Star Wars and thus would only be known to that particular franchise and not be seen by many as a BIG guest.

I very much like the idea of it being Ewan McGregor as thats rather a safe bet to assume its him (Hollywood A Listers are just not what spring to mind when it comes to conventions)

I'm glad you appreciate my opinion...

P.S. I've not just met Kermit but kissed him too ;)

I think Ive seen a picture of that :D

Well I like your opinion cause you have a tendency to be real about things and have realistic views. :)

Will we be able to get the guests autograph without a diamond pass?

I'm hoping we will be able to as it would be a tad unfair for those who want it and don't wish to pay for all the added bells and whistles that go with a diamon pass thingy

    I hope so to...

Btw King Richard, if you look at the 16th page of this discussion I wrote something I would love to hear what your thought is on that

  9. As a person who wants alot... Well its stretching on too big. Mainly economical thing... Cant afford all I want... (What we in sweden call an ilandsproblem (luxuryproblem) ) ;) I REALLY dont mind this many guests to pick from. :D I will have loads of fun this year.

But I am very afraid that it will become clash heaven with talks and photoshoots with this many guests, and the headliners are many and booking talks at this point seems abit dangerous since there will most likely be clashes with them. But this is just an organisation nightmare which Im sure that SM will solve.

  10. Sorry, but you still lost me.

The quote I am referring to with the post you quoted was that Gold Pass holder "may" require VQ tickets. I'm saying if there was any exception where such a "may" applies to would have been posted. None have been posted. So no VQ tickets needed if you have a Gold Pass (but no, Gold Passes still can't go and see Michael J Fox without a Diamond pass ).

I have asked the office for definite iron clad clarification though in case I'm missing something now.

Lets just say this is a good answer to number three :) And leave it at that :D

  11. Sorry, my brain may have finally turned to mush now... but what's the issue with 3. now? The talks have been specially mentioned because they are not included as an exception from the "Gold Pass don't have to buy talk tickets."

I think you mentioned in another thread that example that the talks were specified. But nothing were said about the VQs and therefor the gold pass holders will not need one.

Thanks Stuart. Yes, that quote is the most recent confirmation.

I'm really not sure where the confusion comes from. The quote from john bttf clearly says "may."

If any of the Diamond Guests we have so far besides Michael were a "may" it would have been announced when the announcement came up, same as with "Gold Tickets must buy passes for these talks". This is nothing that would suddenly be thrown at the Gold Pass holders on the day without a specific announcement.

Was thinking of this one :) Sorry for causing confusion
