  1. That it was... but still better than that rubbish the yanks remade.
  2. It's in development. No script yet. I already have my Ring trilogy with Ringu, Ring II and Ring 0 :)
  3. If we're talking movie plot points, some people may not have seen the films, can we please add spoiler warnings whenever you mention crucial plot points to any film. I've edited your previous post to give an example of what I mean.
  4. Forbidden Planet need to be punched in the boob! For series 3 those are NOT the figures you will be recieving. Those are the prototypes which looked absolutely immaculate. SOTA however dropped the ball and cheaped out in order to get the figures out before the year end, and so there was a considerable drop in quality in the actual production pieces. The Meg Mucklebones that SOTA showed us several months ago is not the figure I saw in the shops last week. And the Dog Soldier WOULD be perfect if it wasn't for those shoulder pins that are clearly visable. The shoulders on the prototype were ball jointed.
  5. Tis currently in the capable hands of the editor. I'll know by the 10th what's been used
  6. Katherine Isabelle has publically stated that she HATES horror movies. To her it's just work. Not someone I'd be keen to entertain honestly.
  7. Nothing beats the original glove for my money. That and the Nightmare 3 model. From 4 onwards they look like he had an eppy with a soldering iron.
  8. Effner was on the SFX team on Nightmare 5. Great find :)
  9. I saw the Now Playing 3 figs today as well. WOW... disappointing doesn't even cover it. I wasn't so bothered by the three figures but I was so gutted at how badly the Thing boxset turned out. I know they've just had a management changeover but SOTA Toys really need to sort out their quality control - especially considering a figure of Herbert West is in series 4 and they BETTER NOT screw him up!
  10. I will address this with Showmasters :)
  11. I'll be 100% with everyone here... the only way we're ever going to see a decent Horror Con in the UK is by supporting the horror contingent that we will have attending other showmasters events. Show us that the horror fanbase is strong enough to warrant it's own con. If you post on any horror sites then tell them what's going on at Showmasters events. That's the only way we're going to make this a reality. And believe me, it's a reality I want to see.
  12. *ahem* Shivers and The Darkside. Take a gander in Smiths, they're British and they're horror
  13. That's what we're looking into Believe me, I want a horror con more than anyone!
  14. Ethan played the Police Officer, Jeff, that gets mauled under his car in the 80s B-Movie Critters (1986). If I can find a pic of him from the movie then I sure as hell will be getting it signed
  15. As announced in the GMEX 3 thread, Robert Picardo will attending the show in March. Not only is this man known for his work on Star Trek and various cult tv shows, but being a Joe Dante favourite, this guy has a handful of horror movies under his belt that make this guy a horror guest just as much as any. The Howling (1981) as Eddie Quist Legend (1985) as Meg Mucklebones Gremlins 2 - The New Batch (1990) as Forster Masters Of Horror - Homecoming (2005) as Kurt Rand Other horror credits for this man include: Munchies (1987) Dead Heat (1988) Jack's Back (1988) 976 Evil (1988)
