Hi there...
I hope this will be something you will feel able to allow as I thought it would be a nice gesture to the guests. Anyhoo... I have baked a cake and would like to give it to the guests so they have something other than the usual sweeties and biccies that arrive in a Green Room. My question is simple, will you allow that? If not, I will bring it anyway and dole it out to whosoever would like a piece.
Btw, I make great cake and this is a beauty!

They are.
If you explain the situation you will probably be able to pick all three tickets up on Friday if all tickets were ordered on the same letter. That's just the easier solution than handing out two tickets and then coming back for the third.Sounds like a plan. Cheers! :)

I have just found out that one of my daughters will be unable to arrive on the 19th, but will be there on the 20th. She is travelling some distance and has to work, which makes it impossible. As I bought all the tickets and, though they are registered individually, will this be problematic as two of us will be there on Friday? Will I need to be around to provide ID so she will be able to register?

You can bid on as many guest encounters as you want, even ones running at the same time (although obviously if you were one of the winners in 2 that were simultaneous you would only be able to GO to one of them...)
I'm good, but not good enough to be able to split myself in two. At least, not yet, though I'm working on it.

Yes there are different sheets, one for EACH GE.
I presume you may vote on all sheets available for a particular GE if you so wish?

How long is a piece of string...? Believe me, and I have many years of conventioning under my belt, you will never, ever have enough. My advice is budget for food, travel and hotel, then spend the rest however you want, but I can guarantee it will be expensive.
I have around 500 and I expect to see most of it gone.
