I would think it would be a good idea to have a group photo option from say all the star trek guest. or another series... what do people think?

I have to agree there is 6 parts to a event now. the queuing ,the autographs,photo shoot, traders,official charity cosplayers..... the ones every one wants to have photos with. and the cosplayers who want to promenade of the costumes.As these events are the perfect venue........the strange thing is it had become mainstream and lots of family come now.

yes Jason media 10 were running it like any other corporate event,it is not ,security guards every where no punter information and treating the guest as if this event was put on for them...the event is for us.it our money that pays for it.so media 10 have to realize, we come first, keep the guests on time and at the right place, that's all we ask.

too many tickets sold for this ..what was the max capacity of the venue

To be fair if they tried to do it later in the day you would start coming up against clashes with talks, photo shoots etc so would probably lose numbers there
what you mean they would lose money .......plan around it..have it at dinner time ,so all the Saturday people are there as well, but to get 425 there at 8.30 was great, we know media 10 were not bothered about it as no one was verifying the costumes

tokens worked , but you need a few token exchange booths... and VT should be used on all auto graph queues
