OMG, those pics are so cool! Did you bring the bunny ears with you and he agreed to wear them? Also, when you want a "hug pic" like the first one above (which I do ), how do you ask for that? I'm not a native English speaker (I'm from Germany) so I don't always know how to put it...

I just know this is gonna sound stupid but I gotta ask anyways How are the photo ops set up? Like, do you just stand next to the guest? Can you hug the guest? Also, what's the background like? And how much time do you have with the guest? Is there time for at least a tiny bit of small talk? Does anyone have photos from previous conventions that you'd be willing to post here by any chance?

What's the best way to ensure I'll know right away when tickets for ET3 go on sale? Like, is there a newsletter or email list I could subscribe to, for example?

Will we be allowed to bring food and something to drink (like soda in plastic bottles) into the convention center?

Thanks so much! I have no idea what to expect as far as standing in line goes. I'm usually fine as long as I take enough breaks. Are there areas with chairs to rest at all? I don't mind sitting on the ground either as long as there's space to plop down for a few minutes Is there anything else you recommend doing differently as a gold pass holder? I read your FAQ thread and most of the advice on how to plan out the day is geared toward regular ticket holders.

That sounds great. The reason why we went for the gold passes in the first place is because I have back problems and have trouble standing in line for longer periods of time. Just to make sure: At the organizer booth, we'll get tickets for all the talks we'd like, right? Will there be a separate, marked queue for gold pass holders at the entrance to the talk's seating area, then?

What time should we be at Earls Court on Saturday morning with a Gold Pass? Also, will the correct queue be clearly marked? Sorry I'm bombarding you guys with questions. I'm still a little lost as this is our first convention ever

I did get an email but that was only the order confirmation and it didn't say anything about the photos we need submit or the autograph packs.

In the description of the Golden Programme in the online store, it says: "Simply e-mail us your choice of autograph pack when you purchase your Golden Programme." I can't find the e-mail address though... Does anyone know where I need to send the e-mail? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I'm new to this board and new to conventions in general so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question How likely is it that Michael Shanks will do a talk? He's one of the main reasons for us to attend the LFCC so it'd be cool if he did one. Thanks in advance
