I remember LeVar was £15 to start off at the last show he did, and sat next to him was Jon Frakes for £20. I believe that after a fair few complaints that is was unfair that they were different prices, they made it more fair. By putting LeVar up to £20. Doh I have no idea why people thought it was a good idea to complain that day- it was AT the show!

Warp10 was cancelled one month before the show (I think- don't quote me on it!)...

Sorry Lizzy, I was going by the info you provided and that was you hadn't been charged yet. I was told that there was a group of orders that unfortunately were processed shortly before the cancellation was decided on. It does look like you were in that group then. It's really unfortunate that this happened. If I understood correctly those orders were already sent out. Once the tickets arrive send the tickets back to the address I posted above and you'll be refunded. I'm really sorry for the extra hassle, but thankfully it's nothing that's not a relatively quick fix. Both the store e-mails and the main info mail seem to be really clogged due to the cancellation, so any more e-mails will not be answered right away, like Yvie said above. Nope, it's been processed SINCE the cancellation if they've done it minus the entry ticket. You can't just take money from someone for something you can't provide. Unless there is inside knowledge that the 2 are rescheduling, then they've pretty much stolen that money from me Which is very concerning for me. I understand the shop is under a lot of pressure for refunds etc. But WHY process an order that can't be fulfilled only to have to have to refund it later on? And I was told they've not yet been posted. But why post if it's been cancelled and I'm not getting them?! I'm not paying £80 for a few bits of paper, nor am I willing to have to send the tickets back because of someone else's mistake in processing a dud order. I'm really not trying to kick something off here, I'm just trying to make sure my money or what I get for my money is safe, and I'm really not comfortable with what's going on. At the end of the day, it could be sitting in my account right now earning interest. Not much, mind, but still. I really think this issue needs to be sorted.

Well I'm really less impressed... I got a reply and my WHOLE order has been processed, minus the entry ticket. So I'm now paying for Jennifer Lien and David Warner photoshoots that I'm not going to get!! So they HAVE processed the tickets for the non-running event! They can't just take my money for something they can't provide. I've emailed yet again and had no reply. Why the heck would it make sense to process the order to have to then refund me??

Actually, we're not. It was declared on 26th January 2010- over a year ago... I just want to point out that that was me being a smart ar$e as I actually only first heard that a week ago on the radio lol

And some bar-steward managed to stamp on my glasses today after kicking my bag and making them fall to the floor. They gotta be super glasses though, my god they seem ok! I may be a little vent-y in my post, but in a geeky, emotional way, the EMS was taking place the weekend I finish in that flipping place, and I was really looking forward to having a nice break before starting back at my usual office and remembering what real work is all about. And I REALLY want to meet Jennifer Lien!! My lift had flu when she was last in the UK and I'm bitter about it! Trust me Jason, there are a fair few people who will see any slightly possible critical post and will jump on the pro-SM bandwagon and have a go, without really reading the post properly. Actually, we're not. It was declared on 26th January 2010- over a year ago... I'll agree with Crippsy that there are too many ME cons IMO. That's MY opinion so you don't have to agree with it. The first ME con, being Eclipse (Heroes), was announced with (going from memory) Hayden P and Zachary Quinto as the headline guests. Now both of them cancelled, yes, but people bought tickets from them in their droves, and we still had 6 guests. Going to present date, Roadhouse 2 still has no guests and is meant to be on next week. I can't imagine many tickets have sold, and it's probably a bit late in the day for people to be able to book and get hotels sorted. For people who booked off the back of RH1, they're going to be in the same position I fear with non-refundable hotel costs. Sorry, but not everyone can afford the con hotels so need to look elsewhere. I'm lucky I'm willing to travel a fair distance as I'm used to it for work. Warp10 has really knocked me off guard. I didn't book tickets, no and I didn't book hotel. But that's only cos I'm in the middle of planning a Wedding and I'm taking each month as it comes. I was actually going to get my tickets the week it was cancelled. I'm absolutely gutted that Diana and Eddie haven't been rescheduled, and Jen Lien is still to be re-rescheduled- if she's not naffed off by it all, that is. I'm so sympathetic to what's been going on behind the scenes, really I am. But my original complaint is from before any of this with EMS happened. I think based on that, there has been a recent lack of comms on the forum, whereas it used to be so good. I understand can't discuss negotiations, blah. But as I REPEATEDLY said for Warp10, we just need to have a bit of reassurance or warnings. Because it's not fair when it's our personal money we've worked (or scrounged, ahem) for being messed about with at the end of the day. And I really hope that the internal issues are being looked at as my email STILL hasn't been replied to regarding my shop order! That's £80 of MY money up in the lurch, and I'm not particularly happy about that. Why should people book in advance if their confidence in doing so is so knocked? I'm not b!tching about SM before people start. I've been going to their cons since before the first Collectormania, and I won't stop. I'm just going from past experiences and I'm just being honest as that is all I know. You want genuine opinions, there you go.

Right. Thanks. Was really not best pleased for a moment there. Still not best pleased I don't know what's happening with my previous order and no replies to my email. I realise there will be refunds and swaps etc, but mine's not even been processed and I just don't want to a) mess about with my money, and B ) lose my Gates order, or have a higher ticket number due to the delay.

The deleted end of series 8 was great- I still to this day don't really understand the aired ending. I liked the impossibly long name with doctor Cat. Deoxydexydixytrexi..... whatever! How the heck does DJJ manage to give lines line that?! The aired ending just seemed a bit rushed.

I was under the impression they are automatically transfered over unless u want a refund? so if u had a CML sat pic it goes over to LFCC sat pic (thats if there is a sat pic, also not sure if u want to change days to a sun form a sat, is that allowed with the new show?) My order hasn't even been processed yet- am stuck in limbo!

When will we get confirmation of our shoots getting transferred over?

All the words I want to say would be blocked by the spam filter. I was really looking forward to this show like you wouldn't believe after a hellish 6 months I've had. And I'd literally just booked my damn photoshoots. I need to know as I'm pretty skint- if I booked 2 days ago- will the order just not be put through or will it then I get a refund? I also got my Gates photoshoot for MK and I DON'T want that to be cancelled.
