I said Stephen, Sam and Carrie.... I said Sam even though he is coming cus the amount of times first announced guests end up cancelling is nobodies bussiness.

I got my ticket back in May (gold by the way)...and to put my 2 pence in i think what is off putting is the price. For a show where all the cast are English..(no flights to pay for ) and who are not that well known ...( that does not mean that they are worth any less to us main fans) it seems a steep price to pay..( the same as the stargate gigs ). I so want this to happen but am pleased that i have held off spending any cash on costumes yet....If i had i would be extremely miffed as that is not refundable.....( i feel for anyone booking flights) One other thing..i feel sad that our own homegrown fantastic series is sidelined by formulaic US rubbish...(will not say which shows i mean as i want to live ).

What would you say was a suitable age to start reading these books ? Daughter is 11.

First can i please say that i am the least narrow minded person you could meet.....i will watch, read and listen to anything that is recommended to me, and it is a very rare occasion when i will give up on something, even if it is boring me to death (a book by J G Ballard comes to mind.) I was just trying to get across a point...for example..The Time Travellers Wife...wonderful book, so good that i did not want to see the film cuz it would not do it justice, LOTRs..fab films but the book....talk about long winded. So it goes both ways. I will more than likely buy the books for my daughter then have a sneaky read when she has finished...so pleae do not write me off yet.

Sorry...what it about Eric that has peoples knickers in a twist. I just do not see it.

Had a think about the film/book thing....if i thought that the film was ...lets say ..a bit dull and threw vamp lore out the window then why would i want to read the books. Its ok to say they are much better but if you read a crap book would you go and see the film if someone else said it was good. I know i wouldn't. Just a thought.

This has to be the best thing on the box in a while. Totally hooked. I very nearly did not watch it cuz sis said it was a bit explicit but pooy to that its awesome. Sam is my fav ....and can i add that i just can not see why so many are into Eric. The last episode is on this week, then roll on channel 4. Just wish that there was not the showing season difference between US and UK...it makes avoiding spoilers very differcult. Just started reading the first book...was interested to read here that Tara is not really in it. Who ever cast the show did a fab job when you compare the book characters to the series ones. ACE.

Reading the Sookie books at the moment....but will think about giving Twilight a go.

Hello...just a tad confused as the programme admissions state that the party nights are Saturday and Sunday....is this right.or should it say Friday and Saturday ?
