That is beautiful....so simple, yet pow! and so much room for so mamy more signatures :-D

The films all have such a variety of artwork that its a great time to see so much effort put into the films posters/discs and just everything inbetween about the films.

Yeap, when I found it on the site I got it from, I knew I had to get it. Works for the franchise and not just a specific film. Such a fun franchise.

  2. You may find hotels cheaper slightly further out, but with the tube network, its really easy to get to and from the venue. I've stayed out towards Acton before and its only about a 20-30 min journey to the venue. Just keep an eye on near by tube stops to hotels and you should be laughing really.

Sorry the quote wasn't quite right, the post it was on there and I pointed it out to him!

Mostly just the spelling of a word, should be

I'm gonna be naughty! I'm gonna be a naughty vampire god!

He's just a very naughty boy

  4. Finally got an auto on my vintage Blade poster. Donal Louge aka Quinn of Blade. Quote reads "I'm going to be naughty, I'm going to be a naughty vampire god" Not tottaly acurate, but better than a wrong name.

Many thanks to @Raylenth for getting it while I was in another country getting drunk.

Also got Paul Schrier and Jason Narvy, bit of a retro one, but it was a cool chance to meet them and they were totally sound and having a blast

  7. Another good year for collecting, while not as diverse as some people, I have had fun over the year. I do have various standalone signings from the likes of John de Lancie, Billy Zane, Robert Picardo, Amy Jo Johnson, Tony Amedola, Karl Urban and Christopher Lambert (on a original cinema poster for The Fortress, gotta love cheese, can dig out photo if you wish to see that)

Expanded my Sons of Anarchy poster with Kenny Johnson, Peter Weller, Tony Curran, Taryn Manning (thanks to @Raylenth) and Charlie Hunnam

Started a Lost Girl Poster with Paul Amos, Zoie Palmer and Rachel Skarston

And finally, earlier this year I managed to bag a fair portion of the principle cast of Battlestar Galatica (2004), I only lack Jamie Bamber on this. (yes the black is intentional to avoid breaking rules)

Quick question. I was looking through some old boxes and found this. Any Star Wars fans here who know it's rarity/value? Or can someone guide me to a site which I could use to get it evaluated? The certificate of authenticity is on the back.

Probably about £10-£15, film cell displays dont really have much in the way of value or resale value, its a very nieche thing to have. Cells are also likely to be repos as originals would be locked up in a vault somewhere.

  9. Pretty quiet year for me, 6 photos and 6 autos, all done with very little stress. Cancellations hit hard this year for me. But still had a blast.

    Highs

Peter Weller, even thou his queue was slow on Saturday, he took his time with each person and even fed out some bits of trivia, which was pretty cool.

Guys running photo D on Saturday, such a innovative way of getting batches situated in gaggles of blocks instead of mass crowding

    Lows

Lack of free talks on the Sunday. By 1pm I had everything done and lapped the building a few times. Lack of talks really put me out of being able to do anything,

I have a diamond pass question, and figured I would post it here... So if I have a DP and the photoshoot is set for Sunday, does that automatically mean the Autograph has to be on Sunday, or could it be earlier? Or is the Autograph a # that will be on DP when I pick it up, and I just have to wait till that number DP is called (I am going all 3 days)?  Also, if the person I have a DP with is having an AM and PM Session, is there any reason I should try to go to the AM one over the PM? I ask only cause there is a Talk as the same time as the AM session for one of my DPs that I want to attend, and the person has  a PM photoshoot but didn't know if I was over looking something.

You can get the auto on any day the guest is there

The photo is locked to the day you choose and will be on your pass

You can go to either session, you will be called up before Gold and GA on either session
