Does anyone know where the Showmasters sales desk will be situated during the convention, is it in the main concourse or will it be on the floor? My schedule is tight if I am going to get my missing photo tickets sorted out, then make it to the actual photo shoot.

I have paid to have a photo with Nicola Bryant on Saturday but the ticket was not included when they were sent last week, also I have been sent a childrens ticket for the Sunday instead of the adult one I ordered. I have sent an email with all the details to Showmasters showing as proof on what we have booked but not heard anything back, given that Nicola's photo session is happening at 11:45 and we don't start going into the event until 11:00 I am concerned that I will miss out on the photo shoot and have to buy another ticket for the Sunday. I also have a photo booked with John Levene on the Sunday which starts at 11:05 until 11:15, again we are not due to start going in until 11:00 so is this a bit tight on time? Any advice would be appreciated.
