    Diamond and gold shouldn't be put in front of anyone, they're only allowed to join the back of an already existing queue. If someone with a pass is put in front of you in an autograph queue, don't be afraid to tell the crew member the rules.

     

    Not a diamond pass holder, they are called first. It make sense to me, they paid a lot of money to have a GUARANTEED autograph and photoshoot.

    For me :

     

    Diamond pass is great if you want GUARANTEED autograph and photoshoot with the guest of your dreams. (But you have to pay for it, that's life....)

     

    GoldPass : I can agree they need a VQ ticket for Diamond guest, because they can enter 10min before the opening, and get a Low VQ nimber ticket.

     

    Goldpass : for VQ ticket guest : Join the back of the line is OK, because it's not a long time.

     

    Goldpass for a regular guest, need an improvement, because Guests like Ray Park, Lea Thompson, Claudia Wells, ect... does'nt have a VQ ticket on saturday, and so we have to queue very long time.

     

    So, 2 options :

     

    "VQ tickets for EVERY GUEST"

     

    or Goldpass can get in the front of the line if the guest is not a VQ ticket guest

    Hello, It was a GREAT EVENT ! Thanks SHOWMASTERS !!! I met my childhood heroes ! MJFOX and Christopher Lloyd ! :-)

     

     

    For an honest feedback :

    I have a GOLDPASS, MJFOX diamond pass, Christopher Lloyd Diamond pass

     

     

    1) TOO MANY PEOPLE !!! Saturday was like hell for me ! I was with 2 posters tube, 1 back-bag and 1 handback with 2 delorean. (My problem you will say... but very hard to move with a lot of people)

    Really, If next year, Showmasters rent All the hall of Olympia, manage the number of people please !

     

    2) I think a good improvement for the goldpass holder will be this :

     

    For Diamond Pass Guest (NO changes)

    - 1st Diamond pass holder

    - 2nd Goldpass Holder (OK for the VQ ticket stuff because we can enter 10min before and get a low VQ number)

     

    For Guest with a VQ ticket (NO changes)

    - Join the back of the queue anytime, the line is not during so much (I wait 20 min for Rose Leslie and Hayley Atwell)

     

    BUT, I was wondering during the week end : "Where is the VQ ticket for Ray park ? Claudia Wells ? Lea thompson (just VQ ticket on sunday), and others !

    For those guests : there were a BIG LINE ! very BIG, and NO VQ tickets ! (I queue 1 hour for Claudia Wells ! with a GOLDPASS)

     

    So... I think it will be interresting to VQ tickets ALL THE GUESTS (like I said, the line is not too big, and join the back of the line is not too long to wait)

     

    Or

     

    If there are no VQ tickets, a GOLDPASS holder can pass in the front of the line anytime.

     

    3) For the photoshoot, there is a lack of space for the line.

    The fault is not Showmasters (not entirely), because people who have BATCH 4-5-6... for a diamond pass guest stay near the photoshoot studio, despite the Crew scream "COME BACK THIS AFTERNOON"

     

    ==> I saw a girl for Sigourney Weaver photoshoot who have BACTH 4 (No GOLDPASS, NO Diamond pass) (the morning) (who speak french like me) said : "I will not wait all the day for a photo" and she put in the line with the diamond holder, and... She passed !

    That's really an inappropriate behavior ! For all the visitors who making the line! Why the crew in the photoshoot kick his ass out the line !?

     

     

    4) I know it's hard to make a schedule, but a lot of people have big clash between photoshoot. I don't know how it's possible to make more than 5 photoshoot on a day Without a goldpass. I had one, and I really run all my sunday (I had 7 photoshoot)

    So, maybe advice on the shop that it will be very difficult it visitor buy too much photoshoot on a day.

     

     

     

    But, despite these 4 points, it was a great event ! a lot of memories in ly mind ! :-)

    Well well well...:-)

    Time to organise, and questions !!!

     

    I need help for a lot of things...

     

     

     

     

    1) Saturday : I have a little clash between Christopher Lloyd Clock and Lea Tompson (Not a big deal) I assume that with my diamond pass of christopher Lloyd, I can go quick to Lea thompson.

    My question is : I'm a Goldpass holder, when I join the Lea thompson photoshoot (a little later, because I go first to Christopher Lloyd), is there a goldpass line ? Or what happens if the goldpass holder can't go when they are called ?

     

    2) Saturday : MJFOX signing session is 11am, to 11.30 am, my number is pretty close to 205, Do you think i will be called on saturday ?

     

     

     

    3) Sunday :I have a clash between Christopher Lloyd Delorean and Carice Vanhouten, I can't go on Carice Van houten 2, because it's tha talk of BTTF on the afternoon.

    Question : The delorean christopher Lloyd photoshoot is not included with the diamond pas, i bought a ticket, but Am I prioritary on the goldpass ?

     

    Then I have a clash between Sigourney Weaver and rose leslie, same problem I can't go to rose leslie 2 or Weaver 2 because it's the BTTF talk on the afternoon.

     

     

    Maybe i'm worried for nothing with my goldpass. What do you think ?

    Virtual Queue Tickets

    VQ ticket is made to don't do hours and hours of waiting in a queue !

    You can walk in the venue and come back when it's allost your turn (you make a small line, but not for hours !)

     

    With VQ ticket system, you can hope meet more than 1 or 2 guest, because you don't have to make (physically) queue for hours.

     

    BUT indeed, if you're not early before the opening, you will receive an high number... But where in the life is not that way ? First arrived, first served.

     

    ==> VQ ticket works
