The order is :
If the photoshoot is included in the Diamond pass : by numbers of diamond passif the guest is reaaaaally big ==> GOLDPASS ==> NORMAL (BATCH 1-2-344)
if the photoshoot is not included in the Diamond pass package (like the Michael J fox with Delorean) : Showmaster crew call "Diamond pass : Batch 1, Batch 2, Batch 3 ==> then "GOLDPASS Batch 1, Batch 2, 3 ...) ==>Then NORMAL "BATCH 1, 2, 3 ...
In general, if a big guest has 2 photoshoot in the same day :
Morning : Diamnd pass and GOLDPASS
Afternoon : NORMAL

Gonna agree with the theme of daredevil and say Jon Bernthal. He is a big guest for a build up but not quite diamond status and is gonna be the Punisher in the new series. Will also keep TWD and movie fans happy as he was awesome in Fury and Wolf of Wall Street
Would love to have Jon Bernthal announced, was a guest at the lfcc winter edition a couple of years ago, which I could not attend....
My first thought was Drew Barrymore, for the same reason : Scream guest, pop corn in the kitchen, watching TV. But yeah, I think Drew will be a diamond Guest.
But, Think about Courtney Cox... ? Scream Guest, Kitchen and TV in the same room in Friends... Why not !?

Hi guys,
Just wondering, I bought the Ron Perlman Diamond Pass, I probably was one of the first to do so, first Gold Pass ever for me, and while I think I pretty much get everything it involves , here is my question...... I printed the ticket from my computer, but contrary to regular tickets should I get it trough mail sometimes before the show (a friend told me that was the case for MJ Fox last year, you just don't really have a time frame on when you'll get it))
So anyway shall I receive it trough mail or do I have to get to some counter once in the venue to get everything, dog tag, prints and what not....
Tu vas stresser jusqu'à ce qu'ils arrivent...
Si tu en achètes 2, les 2 n'arriveront pas forcément en même temps... double stress
Il peuvent arriver 3 semaines avant le Comic con, alors que tu les as acheté en février.
Si par malheur, ils n'arrivent pas, contacte Showmaster. Et tu pourras les retirer au Desk Diamond Pass au comic con même.

I'm sure this year will be amazing.
But I (and i suppose a lot of other) can't reserve a trip on a supposition :-)
It's why i'm waiting MY guest to take the decision, and hope that it still a few tickets
We just say that last year, the decision was easier a little sooner ;-)
Erm.... ever heard of changing for the better?
You really can't judge a Show by saying "we already had x amount of Diamond guests/ x amount of guests at that Point last year! The list this year sucks." We might very well get better guests or more guests, just later. That was the whole Point of my post.
People have started complaining about the weak guest list over a month ago already when we were more than half a year out. 6 months is a lifetime in convention time.
If this goes on next year we'll have the first worried Posts "OMG the event will be cancelled!" by Christmas.

not disrespecting got i love the series but they said there going to make it bigger than last year but none of them are in the same league as last years diamonds other than ron perlman so far hope its another legend
It is February. Several months to go. Michael J Fox was announced pretty early, but that were special circumstances. Sigourney Weaver was announced much later.
I hope too it will be THE guest to take my decision for the trip.
Last year, pretty easy... Christopher LLoyd was annouced very early :-)
For now, it´s a little light for "diamond guest"

If the Delorion is anything to go by I say No! As my photo is dire with Micheal J Fox from last summer. Wasted my money on that one, less goes wrong with a simple blue background. Sadly the over comlex backgrounds, and not enough time for the shots just means more hastles and more photos coming out wrong.
IF they take time with each shot then yes, get complex and arty. Only IF.
Agree with you.
But the problem with the delorean shoot (MJFox) was not the creativity of the photoshoot, but too too tooooooo many tickets sold.
Pushed in my back to go on the photo, and get out as quickly as possible...
So please creativity, but please showmaster, keep in mind the time to take a good photo :-)

There have been a few discussions about this over the years and opinions are generally very divided, last year there was a lot of people who seemed to have a big issue with the sepia BTTF photo and others that loved it. I think a neutral backdrop is used for that exact reason its neutral.
I think if it went down the lines of backdrops from different films you would find people would complain if the didn't like that film for example, and as for doing backdrops from different films for different shoots I just don't think would be feesable due to time constraints on the photo shoots. If, using your Stallone example he appeared on a Saturday only he would in my mind be a sellout guest who would HAVE to have split sessions potentially two or three, it wouldn't be fair to use different backdrops for different sessions, I would hate to have a rocky backdrop if I was a Rambo fan (just for example). Anyway that's just my opinion on the logistics of it.
In my personal opinion I like that there is the option to have a creative backdrop and I generally do go for these shoots when available and know that SM will put on these shoots where they can, but I don't think we will ever see the neutral background be permanently changed.
Last year, the Christopher Lloyd with sepia effect was great :-) It's a nice creative photo.
I don't understand the problem when Christopher Lloyd have maid a classic photoshoot too.
If people don't like the sepia effect, they can go on the classic photoshoot.
It would be great to have a photoshoot with Jack Gleeson on the Iron Throne.
And again, if you don't want a creative photo with the Iron Throne, ==> GO to the classic photoshoot.
Please, don't stop creativity and fun things at the comic con, just because a few don't like a thing. A LOT of people like creative too, don't forget them ! :-)

Just one thing I don't know, so I do understand there is a precise time for photoshoots (a few of us that will meet many actors might have clashes, for my part it was handled very well with the help of the staff last year) . As for autographs, I bought the diamond ticket, can I go to the signing area whenever I want and get immediately in front of the queue, because while I'm up to get posters signed I would also like to get the pic from the photoshoot signed, so I would go to the photoshoot first and then go for the autographs.
Mrvega, si tu as acheté ton Diamond pass le jour de l'annonce de Ron Perlman, tu auras un numéro très bas sur ton diamond pass.
Ce qui veut dire que ton numéro sera annoncé très tôt le samedi matin.
Mais, ça ne veut pas dire que tu DOIS aller quand ton numéro est annoncé.
(Par exemple, si tu as le numéro "25", tu pourras toujours aller le soir à 18h car le staff Showmaster laissent rentrer les numéros de 1 à 500)
Si le photoshoot est programmé l'après midi, tu vas à ton photoshoot, et ensuite à la session autographe, où tu pourras quand même passer en priorité (directement dans la zone de la petite file) pour faire signer tes 2 autographes (qui doivent être collecter en même temps)

I mean, i'm very very very happy to meet jack gleeson, but he play in a few episode of Game of thrones. One of the principals actores, i know...
Last year, Diamond pass was for Legend of cinema ! (Sigourney Weaver, michael j fox, christopher lloyd...)
There is a clue for the "big game of thrones talk" who annonce probably more great guest of game lf thrones. Diamond guest too ?
Why not a prop shoot with him and the iron throne !?
If Peter Dinklage comes, i totally agree for a diamond pass (because he play in game of thrones, x-men, pixels...)
I hope showmasters will not make too "light diamond pass"
But, like i said, Jack gleeson is a great guest ! And i.m probably go for autograph and photoshoot !

Well, I think yes, you still have the priority for the guest.
For example, 2 years ago, I had the "Michael J fox Diamond pass", so I have the classic photoshoot included (on blue screen).
And I bought, separately, a photoshoot "MJ FOX with Delorean", on this photoshoot, I had the priority "Diamond pass, Batch 4" ==> Then goes GOLDPASS (by batch) ==> then goes NORMAL (by batch) (it be done withc batches because it was a very busy photoshoot)
