Hi Guys
Thanks for the tips, I will always listen. Hopefully you will see a great improvement from here on in, with more signings, more images, more items being added to the shop. As of monday I do this full time. Emails should be replied to within 24 hours, Items should be out within a week of the show (APART FROM LFCC) The amount of orders for Cardiff were incredible and caught me a little by surprise. Sadly heading off to belfast a couple of days later and it soon builds up.
If you have emailed and not got a reply, please resend it. I'm home pretty much all weekend and will get it done. But as I said Monday things change.
So on that note please feel free to use this post to add suggestions to what you want to see from the pre order side of things. One thing that I'm thinking about and I've spoken to a few already, lots of people are sending funkos in to be signed, what if we offered a service where we had the funko stock, so you wouldn't have to find the funko and pay to ship it in???? Others have asked about photo proof, I know our friends at the euro shows charge % euros for photo proof of your item being signed, is this something you'd like to see and would you pay for it.
Keep the posts coming and I'll get back on here later and see the suggestions, perhaps we will keep this open for a few days. As I said we have a LOT planned but we want to make sure we head in the direction YOU want.

Good Morning All
It was down to the fact that we had, Gallifry, cardiff, Belfast and Rotterdam in quick succession. If your UK and ordered from any of these, your items should be in your hands, either today or monday at the latest. Outside the UK give a few more days.
There is a post on the home page which says about shipping time but no one looks at that. People started messaging AT the cardiff show asking if their stuff had been signed. In the first 5 days after cardiff I had at least 70 emails askiing if their stuff had shipped yet. This only slows things down.
Keep an eye on those mail boxes.

Hi All,
Thanks for the questions. The regional shows are being dealt with slightly different this year and as the orders are coming in, envelopes etc are being labelled etc ready to be filled and shipped. I want the turnaround to be a lot faster getting show items out as it quickly fills up here with the amount of items sent in and when we hit the back to back to back shows its really caused an issue in the past. With cardiff in 2 weeks I want to see people posting that they have their items back the same week as the show. So with that in mind, your newcastle order would be with you in plenty of time for LFCC.
Ive just secured more space for send in items and now only do the normal day job 4 days as week to make sure this is our best year yet.
In regards to COA we have never done them as you are buying direct from the source, however all our show provided 10x8s do have a SM holographic label on the reverse to show its come from us.

Hi All
I'm in the middle of moving office and have a load of parcels to post this week. Large batch went last week but I've not been to collect the tracking info yet as I'm also doing double shifts
I have friday off :) If I have anything of anyone's here it will be gone by the end of the weekend to start afresh for next months shows.

Heather would be a LFCC guest. That's a strange thing to say!?
Not really, if Heather was booked then its likely that she would be out our flagship event LFCC due to the numbers that would want to meet her. As a NOES fan I'd love to see her at ANY of our events.

Send in items must arrive the monday before for regional shows. (the saturday before for LFCC) Regionals there is a little room for play but not for LFCC.

This question has come up a number of times, and the answer was always that the numbers were not there to support it.
Show your support for the newly announced horror guests, spread the word and get the numbers for those guests up - when SM see that the demand is there there is always a chance.
Well said, we have horror guests planned for every show this year and we need to see their numbers do well. Horror guests do not do great numbers. The guests we have announced to regional shows will be doing those and only those events this year. I have a LOOOOOONG list of names to book and won't be getting the same names to multi shows.
As a horror fan I'd LOVE a horror SM show but the numbers need to improve in a big way.

Heather would be a LFCC guest if we got her.

I really want to get a group photo of all the cast from Hellraiser & Hellbound Hellraiser II films. Hellraiser has it's 30th anniversary this year it's a British horror classic.
I don't look at anniversary's when looking at guests simply down to the fact that this year you could add about about 40 franchises into that category. 25 years, is a good one and 50 a great one. Someone posted about this on another part of the forum and within 2 days there were dozens of posts saying 20 for this, 30 for that, 15 for another. When I look at reunions it comes down to who is available and if that will work.

?I didn't personally book linda but was one of many suggestions put forward. But a fantastic addition to LFCC and in my opinion a great price, only a £5 increase since she appeared in 2004

It will be up soon, cardiff was added earlier this week and the send in option is now up for Newcastle. Lots of early guests this year for a lot of shows but keep watching.

Hi all.
The feedback on this post has been great, I'm trying to get a US horror guest to every UK show this year. I just need you to keep liking and sharing, tell your friends, tell your friends friends, then make sure they tell their friends friends.........you get what I mean :)
Lets make this the best year yet for horror and showmasters. Then next year who knows

Sherlocked US this weekend. I was given the images last night.
One thing we are planning is an one line shop for 'items' that have been signed at shows. Not your usual 10x8s that you can buy from most dealers (but I can only recommend celebrity Ink if you have missed a guest at one of our shows)
