    Awesome!

Only issue is I don't actually want a diamond pass. But I don't want to end up with another Christopher Lloyd situation where I miss out. Argh, don't know what to do.

Most of the other guests (like Bill Paxton and Michael Gambon) turned out to be really doable without a diamond pass as well. It'll depend on how many photoshoots Showmasters will organise for Ron Perlman.

We managed to get Christopher Lloyd without a diamond pass. Just takes a bit of strategy and persistence! (In this case queuing for 2+ hours). And there have been numerous examples of people with a pass missing out anyway so it's no guarantee.

Would be amazing if the could get Doug Jones too! But he is a busy guy.

  2. Our spoiler free review/first impressions

I strongly recommend you all check this film out ASAP!

The 3D is a nice extra depth for some shots but doesn't add much to the 2D so book what you can.

The DVD, Blu-Ray and Steelbook pre-order hit the web last night also.

  3. Kevin smith/comic book men guests!

    Marilyn Ghigliotti

    Scott Schaiffo

    Brian O'Hallaran

    Jason Mewes

    Robert Bruce

    Ming Chen

    Jeremy London

    Jason Lee

    Ethan Suplee

    Bryan Johnson

    More Aliens stars.

    We want Jeanette Goldstein!!!

    Daphne Ashbrook.

Doctors who haven't been before like Peter Davidson

  4. So we can rule out many guests for this from the off, for example

    -many from star wars

-any of the upcoming DC casts

-possibly Marvel people if they attend next year

    -current Doctor Who stars

-Bruce Campbell, Sam raimi and cast from evil dead

    -Kevin smith and casts

    -Ghostbusters reboot cast

    just for starters!

bear in mind a lot of film productions in the U.S. take the weekend off to attend SDCC, so it's not like they'd be flying Internationally anyway

Many major press outlets will also be using their resources to cover sdcc

still I hope the date changes. After all show masters have recently rescheduled several events for similar reasons. Don't book travel tickets just yet.
