thanks for the quick responses people and thank for offering to help Queen! Ive emailed you the order number now. its just a bit frustrating as they were supposed to be a present for my girlfriend and im worried she is starting to think i never got her anything!

has anyone else had issues with tickets not being delivered? i ordered two tickets to be delivered by recorded delivery for cardiff comic-con via the website nearly a month and a half ago and still have not recieved them. i called after 2 weeks and was advised that due to being short staffed a bunch of tickets had yet to be issued and that i should receive them fairly soon. that was nearly a month ago now and still no tickets. ive been trying to ring the main number (01908 671138) for the last week and a half with no one answering the call (although on some occasions when ive called, i get an engaged tone so there is obviously someone picking up some calls). i also emailed them last week, asking for an update and still have not received a reply. the whole experience has put me off ever purchasing anything through showmasters again. and had even started to think that id been had by some dodgy scamming company. obviously, seeing this dedicated forum has made me less concerned about the company being a scam.....but the horrendous service so far (or lack of) is just ridiculous. can anyone shed a bit of light on what is going on, or is there a mod that can maybe help with this? any assistance is appreciated!
