Anyone have any idea who the guy was standing next to Norman Reedus helping out with the autographs on Sunday? (Black gelled up hair, black shirt) Didn't have a 'crew' shirt on so I guess he was with Norman himself but was being a proper flirt with me, would like to track him down! Also the girl who was standing behind me wearing a Supergirl tshirt, around 11.30am Sunday morning Norman Reedus autograph queue, any help would be greatly appreciated! xxx

 

Hey, I wondered who he was too, i was on Normans twitter and saw him on there he's Sean Clark and i don't know if he's an agent of his or something because they seem to go everywhere together? He's @malfuncsean on twitter. x

[Feedback Take Two]

I went into the already placed Feedback topic to give my opinion, however it had become a very repetitive, and not particularly fun, conversation about the door queues, so thought I would start a new one. Hope this is ok.

 

Although having attended EMS last year (though didn't actually get anything due to Aidan Turner's cancellation ) this was my first major signing event, and I was not disappointed!!

 

We only went on Saturday and as people have mentioned it was extremely busy (and like a sauna!) however this did not dampen our day.

 

The guests that we went to were phenomenal! Every single one was welcoming and appeared to be enjoying themselves,

• Jason Momoa - what an absolute gem! Ridiculously beautiful with a smile for everyone (even though he was really suffering with the heat during the photoshoot)
  
• Joe Dempsie - As he had been so amazing for everyone of his fans and spent so much time with everyone he met we were turned away from his queue 4 times! By the time we managed to get to him he was unable to continue with personalisations and photos, however he still managed to make time to personalise mine as he noticed others had done so. Sign of a genuinely awesome person!
  
• Lena Headey - So much fun, particuarly during the photoshoot, and really lovely
  
• Sarah Wayne-Callies - Went to herto get an auto as a birthday gift for a friend and she did not disappoint! Again, so so lovely and wrote a birthday message for him
  
• Peter Dinklage - standing in line for his photo was entertainment in its self!! Individual poses for everyone that went through (and there were a lot of us!), and again, he was unable to personalise due to time restraints, but having seen Jason do so, he took the time personalise, and ask me the correct spelling to ensure that he got it right. Brilliant guest
  
• Norman Reedus - ........I don't even know where to start......paid so much attention to every person he saw, making the time for hand shakes and hugs. Stood up for the whole time he did autos, skipping his lunch to ensure everyone was seen (felt sorry for the crew but they dealt with it very well). He made eye contact with everyone, giving you the whole of his attention, and didn't rush anyone on......and to put it quite mildly, he's one of the sexiest men I have ever seen! It's a good job he was wearing those glasses otherwise I would have had to have been pulled off the floor....
  

Ahem....moving swiftly on.....

 

Every crew member we came across was great, giving as much assistance as possible when necessary. Kudos to all of you.

 

Downside.....as someone else has mentioned.....chairs.....I completely understand that there is limited space but could have really done with somewhere to rest our weary legs and sore backs. However, this is a minor concern and certainly didn't deter us!

 

For someone who really hates crowds and hot spaces, the fact that this didn't ruin my day shows how outstanding it was. Thank you so so much for providing one of the best days I have ever had. Will definitely attend another signing event!

HAHA! i love your post! Norman Reedus was just perfect! I loved how he really seemed interested and took time with each person. I didnt know he skipped lunch, he's amazing! The coolest and hottest bloke ever! *sigh*

Mine have to be Norman and Sarah :smile: My husband got a good shot of me before I went into the booth to have my photo done with Norman and I have a big smile on my face . He was sooooooo coooolllll, very laid back and had no problem doing the posed photo's. I still can't believe I got to hug him :smile: . Sarah was just soooooo lovely and she is so pretty . Had a nice conversation with her when I got my autograph and I told both her and Norman it was a pleasure to meet them. Just before I left the photo shoot with Sarah, I thanked her for doing the Talk and said how much I enjoyed it and she really appreciated it and said thank you to me for asking a question .

Danny Glover was also pleasant. Not very chatty I found, but still a nice guy .

I totally agree with what you say, Norman was super cool and Sarah was lovely.

My three favourites were probably Norman Reedus, Finn Jones and Peter Kent. As I've already said on another thread, Reedus has to be the nicest and most laid back guy on the planet, giving everybody hugs and generally being very friendly. Finn Jones said he'd eaten too much chocolate at lunch and was hyperactive as a result, so he was a lot of fun to talk to, having photos taken with people if they wanted to and just generally being very pleasant. Peter Kent I never actually got to meet as I ran out of money but he was brilliant in the Terminator talk. Loved hearing his stories.

 

I agree Norman was lovely and really put you at ease, i think he might be like the coolest most chilled out guy ever. And maybe the hottest too ;-)

The crew where fab, so helpful made sure we knew exactly where we had to be and took us there which was so helpful as it was our first con. If they hadnt been so nice we probably wouldnt have had gotten as much out of the day as we did! Thank you guys x

[Epic show, thank you showmasters (AGAIN)]

It was my first con and i have to say how much fun it was!! The showmasters where all so helpful and chatty cannot fault at all, met so many lovely people i loved all the cosplay and they all loved having their photo taken which made for such a fun day. Spent so much money but really do not care! Met Norman (he was just perfect) <3 Really lovely guest. I'll keep watching the october line up and save up some money! :-) Thanks again!
