[Question about Saturday night party]

Hi, I have a couple of questions about the parties.

 

Do we know for certain whether the parties will be held at Excel or could they be held at a different venue?

Is it fair to assume the drinks prices will be steep?

I'm getting a TNG 'skant' costume for the event and it's going to be made with a velcro patch for the comm badge. Does anyone know where I can get a decent TNG comm badge fairly quickly and reasonably priced? A one that makes the sound would be great but I'm struggling to find anything so that might be pushing it a bit!
