Can you please ask one of your team to call me to resolve an issue with the platinum ticket I've purchased, as the ticket company have asked for someone to contact me on quite a few occasions since 1st July, but still no call ? As I can't put my phone number on here, please can they email me and I will provide my contact details again. Thank you.

I have been advised differently by the ticket company. They have said with the gold pass it means you have priority with any other items you purchase. As they said you will have the Gold pass to show ! Please can you confirm with the event organisers so I know for 100% either way. As this was a BIG factor in paying the £300 price tag. Thanks
