It's the same just colder

So essentially Jason you have;
dismissed pretty much everything that went wrong
blamed the people who turned up at the event rather than your poor policing
made up some random entry times that supposedly everyone got in by - despite the many people stating that isn't true
thought of a new way to make even more money by charging for an exclusive new ticket that guarantees an auto from an A lister
brushed over all the issues that were happening outside the event
repeatedly patted yourself on the back and congratulated yourself for doing an excellent job
This is why your events will never improve. In your eyes you can't do any wrong and do not learn from your mistakes.
I've emailed an official complaint which I will await a response to in due course.
Ha ! Well said will be interested if you get a reply.

Really ? Bit contemptous that is don't you think

People are raving mad, upset and disappointed. Loads of customers not returning
SM is strangely silent (except for the inflammatory fiction drama post)
Come SM before you have no customers left. Let's have a statement, and please not the usual we are wonderful we will listen nonsense, I really think it won't wash this time

Oo where's that then
Let's hope so! 😀yes but not all of the cast has been announced for that particular event so we will hopefully get a good couple of them

San Diego Comic Con only allows pre sale tickets.
I believe this is what SM should look at doing based on what horror stories i am reading on here. Its ok talking about making it a massive event, biggest in europe, but there has to be some balance. 4.5hr queues, people being refused re-entry is not acceptable.
"Tell your friends"ect is what we are being asked each time by SM to promote the event, and i understand that SM have to pay big money to get these guests, but i honestly feel that on this occasion, money and profit has been put before the concern of the fans and the "experience" we are suppose to get from meeting our idols.
Word of mouth can make or break events like this, and i have a feeling that it will take sometime for SM reputation to recover and regain the trust and money a lot of cheated fans.
SM are not amatuers, been doing shows for long time, but if they want to be like SD Comic Con, i suggest they take a lot of leaves out of their book and learn how to run "on the day" a massive event. Todays experiences is not the way unfortunately :-(
Agreed and all this, and no comment from SM
Me and my cash staying at home tomorrow

Hmm I got £500 quid here to spend tomorrow think I will give it a miss.
Sounds to much like the Olympia. Debacle of a few years ago
So much for showmasters having it all under control
Even yesterday at pre event signing not one crew member on que just 2 at the door
Shambles and all this and no post or tweet from showmasters awful really
-
This does not surprise me after the Olympia free for all a few years back
If it's a state tomorrow I won't be going to another one
How difficult is it to say que here you early birds que here you golds
Every time there is chaos and never any staff despite being told how fantastic they are and how well organised they are. Clearly they are not.

It's because alot of people don't care to read....Can I just thank showmasters for this defo will be successful for and auto now
I'm not sure why some many questions it's all very clear lol
They see something and then start typing, instead of looking for an answer themselves.
Every bit of info can be found here in the forum, but it's like in a supermarket...some people think the employees are there to do their shopping for them, and ask where everything is as soon as they come in.

Ahh yes I won't be attending either, I'm mostly into the James Bond thing can't justify the travel for one guest who may cancel, really not interested in those minor roles. Like 3rd cocktail waitress on the left etc
It's a shame was so good I remember having dinner with guy Hamilton and Joe Robinson. Movie gold! Hope they can pull it round or I fear for the shows future
