I think the point here is not the bloody photo, it's the fact that we've been miss-led about the whole event and it's just been one disappointment after another leading up to it. People saying its the meeting of friends that counts are just crazy, who pays to meet friends? I pay to meet guests, and I stand by my original complaint which is that ME should NEVER have made the ET6 statement then half the people on here that are genuinely and rightly miffed would not feel cheated. And may I just add, I was so close to buying a gold ticket based on that statement, man would I be seething of I had so please spare me the high and mighty 'your just a standard ticket holder' because at this point I'm happy to only have paid that!!

On the schedule it says Gold "61 and over" Silver "151 and over" Standard "61 and over" so in this case the biggest number is actually silver, by double... well i haven't bothered looking at the schedule but even so it still doesn't make it right that standard ticket holders are treated differently! I will be joining the long list of people that wont be going to another ET event.. My money is better spent elsewhere

nicely put! Yes i agree:) I think, that should the guest list not get any better, than the only option would be to not stay the whole weekend.. for me anyway. i just refuse to add another £160+ to the bill if i dont see it as being worth it. Id just go for the day like i had to for ET3.

The Cullans ARE twilight and it was ME that got the ball rolling by implying what they did at ET6. I think our point is that Massive Events should think before making promises they may not be able to keep. Perhaps learn from their mistakes instead of repeatedly making them. It would save a lot of disappointment. People could make a well informed decision whether or not to buy tickets instead of buying tickets based on something that may not happen resulting in us feeling cheated. Right now Im wanting my money back ..

35 days until the convention and so far we've heard nothing:( I would be happy if guests like Elizabeth Reaser (Esme), Nikki Reed (Rosalie) and Cam Gigandet (James) were announced !! Some of the originals that spark a bit of Real Twilight excitement like Peter, Ashley and Kellan did.. I really cant explain to those who did not attend ET1 how different the buzz was. even guests like Julia Jones (Leah) or Xavier Samuel (Riley) would jazz up the guest list with just one cullan. One little tinsy cullen *sigh* arghh i think i might cry. I'm a single mum/full time student which im sure many people at these things are too, so for me/us money isnt disposable.. i ONLY booked these tickets for one reason and one reason only.. the announcement at ET6 saying that it was to become official and that would mean bigger and better guests.. ^^This! I agree with David too. ME wouldn't lie just to sell tickets, because isn't that like fraud?! And they wouldn't want to disappoint attendees by saying "oh, sorry guys, we lied." No one in their right mind would admit to lying!! that would just be stupid. But as the last person said very well.. in this case i believe that they have focused more on the sales of tickets rather than customer service - and so they have taken the slightest little bit of hope and made into something so much more which in turn is going to make a lot of people very annoyed if they don't pull it off! Exactly!

I went to ET 1,2 and reluctantly 3 - refused the last 3 due to lack of guests. whilst i understand that a lot of people go purely for the the whole wkend, I am really only interested in the guests as they made it for me at ET1 i was disappointed with the rest of it to be honest, i even told massive events this and i got a really rude email back. At the end of the day its the quality of guests that sell tickets, and they know this because ticket sales are getting much slower and at every convention they give us a speech how the next one will be bigger and better than before and the guests will be BIG.. it has never happened! I'll probably get a mouthful for being honest or my post will be deleted but that just shows they know i'm right. I also emailed E1 Entertainment to find out if the announcement about becoming official was true but i am yet to hear back..

Well it is because as the conventions have gone on the guest list calibre has indeed deteriorated. The ET6 announcement specifically promised that being made official would mean landing more of the main characters rather than ones - as lovely as they are - we have hardly seen in the films. Can we be sure that the 'contract' will even be finalised by ET7 if at all?

Hi Do we have an update on this subject yet? Obviously time is passing and the convention is approaching fast but we are yet to see any of the main characters on the guest list? I kind of booked my ticket based on the information given at ET6 so i'm getting a little concerned ... Any info at all would be appreciated thanks :)
