Umm, for the masqurade can we just bring a picture with us on the day? I don't have a scanner for my design, and it's an OC so I can't just google it either... Also, for the having a parentally signed form with us (I'm 15)... Should I just print out the application form and get my mum to sign it saying she's okay with my being in the masq. or is there something else she needs to fill in?
