Irrespective of how private Bolam is its a matter of public record (made public by Bewes in his autobiography and in a number of TV and subsequent radio interviews) that Bolam does not acknowledge or speak to him. All seems a bit silly really but true. Each to their own.

James Bolam wont attend - he does not speak to Rodney Bewes and hasn't for over 30 years. There's bad bad blood.
