Thank you for the reply, I appreciate you doing that as I wasn't sure how to go about registering my complaint.

Can I ask why my post was just deleted ? It wasnt rude & I was just stating my opinion which is what this thread is for isnt it ? I had a genuine complaint that was written politely & no names were mentioned so what was the problem ?

That is a shocking way to behave, I hope you manage to sort things out with these cheats.
